Because they always keep good standard especially in services, food, room cleanliness, strategic position, good price/ rate and the room have fully facility. Even though the interior make us feel comfortable, and the staff are friendly too, sometimes they even know our name :).

Excellent Hotel - Highly Recommended
Reviewed By Z5699TJjaninewWe booked in from 20/5/2022 to 27/5/2022 in a Deluxe Ocean View Room. Room was excellent, great view of Legian beach. As husband is a light sleeper we found the occasional motor bike too noisy, I spoke to staff next morning and asked if we could move to a garden view room similar or the standard room. They said that as we had already paid for the Deluxe Ocean view room they they would not put us in a standard room (they are still very nice) as it would mean downgrading us, but would put us into a suite in the garden area. It was beautiful, with a separate lounge/dining room at no extra cost. So helpful. On 23/5 my husband developed DVT and they assisted us to get to the hospital etc. We were advised not safe to fly home on the 27/5 so we had to rebook until the 1st June. I spoke to them and asked if we could now just book a standard garden view room for the extra days. They did this and would move our luggage on the 27/5 to new room. The day before we were to move rooms the duty manager (Ari found us and told us not to worry about moving and that we could stay in the suite we were in at not extra change. The whole staff members here are so helpful and friendly. Would like to mention especially, Ayik who was on the front desk and the duty managers Ari and Hari.

When the Bill arrived we were charged full price for each cocktail ! We queried the bill and told sorry you didn’t order till after 8pm. They refused to change it despite the fact I’d taken a photo of the drinks which was time stamped 7.45??♀️ The food was average and my fish was cold! Will not be back!

Mozerrella restuarant not the same quality as others in Legian prices gone up a fair bit since last in Bali 2020. Was located at very front beach area so long walk for us from room, breakfast 6/10 as was cold a lot and they shut around 10am. Not able to get Diet Coke soft drinks at bar area, but this seemed to be general everywhere around Bali, low supplies as pushing the Coke Zero alternative. Was good check in but never got back credit card imprint for stay, so not sure what’s going as requested it back at check out. Pool areas nice except the one in hotel area was used by lots of noisy older yobbos from Australia partying with Balinese females. No problem getting pool towels and lounge with shade in breakfast front area, pool was in sun most of day so warm. Each daily clean and make up of room always it’s dramas, so many times asked for fresh towels each day after room service been in morning, as none left in room. Also continually requesting replenishment of toilet rolls.they spray room very quickly for mosquitoes at about 8pm. Bar fridge was not cold until day 5, took so long to get cold, took hotels drinks out and put our own supply in. Tv was good size with plenty of channels. Main entrance door was sticking a lot when trying to open, had to shove door at same time of using swipe card on reader. outside balcony had issues with being so close to neighbour staying there being older Australian yobbo and Balinese female, very explicit discussing his sexual appetite about her loudly so everyone can hear, spoke to reception about this person but nothing changed or quieter down so you didn’t want to go outside much. Staff in reception helpful most times especially when requesting blue bird taxis service, there is 30,000 rupiah minimum charge by taxis for turning up, never heard of this in the years been to Bali. Security checks at main entrance of covid temperatures for entering and vehicles checked entering complex.

Tri who manages the reception area/team and delivers the yoga each morning is such a delight to deal with, ensuring all your needs are met. Her care, consideration and communication is amazing!
