Hotel onwer, staff and overall services are just excellent. Location is perfect - right in the center of Lahore. Rooms are clean and spacious. Best for families also. Really enjoyed my stay.

I wish to tell you that we were very pleased with everything about your hotel from the spacious and comfortable room to the dining area and the general services and all the basic amenities provided. However, the best feature of your hotel was the staff. They were excellent. I must call particular attention to the Operations Manager, Mr. Muddasar Abbas Khan, or "Mr. Moody", as we came to call him. Mr. Moody was extremely helpful in every way imaginable. He provided lots of advice on what to see and do in Lahore, how to get to these places, and ensured that all our needs were being met while staying at the Hotel One. In particular, he arranged many Ubers, taxis, private vehicles and tuk-tuks for us in getting around Lahore, which was a tremendous aid in navigating this busy and fascinating city. And, Mr. Moody did all this in a pleasant and caring manner which assured us that we had a reliable partner, and indeed a friend, during our time in Lahore. In a word, Mr. Moody was outstanding! In addition to Mr. Moody, we found all of the hotel staff, from the front reception desk to the bellhops to the guards and the drivers to be courteous, friendly and professional. One other staff working at the reception desk who impressed us with her kind and helpful manner was Ms. Neelam, who was always pleasant and willing to help us with our many requests. We really appreciated all of your staff. You can be sure that we will recommend the Hotel One The Mall to all our friends who plan trips to Lahore in the future. Reviewed By Андрей ЯVery nice guys, tactful and always ready to help. Good kitchen. Relatively clean. But the design of the bed does not allow to clean under it. Hot water worked intermittently. Very good quality and comfortable transfer with a driver who apparently speaks good English. Very closed to the airport of Lahore. There is a garden nearby, as a result of which a mouse crept into our room, which we unsuccessfully tried to catch. However, this did not cause any particular inconvenience and the mouse left our home on its own soon :)

Reviewed By dr_usmanmStayed here for a night, the manager, mr, shahzad was very helpful, he made an honest mistake by skipping my booking but happily accommodated me at the penthouse with a slight hike to the initial charges. The place was very neat almost like new and that just sold it to me. The interior colors were much better than in the pics on booking.com which showed that is regularly updated or was recently done atleast. The large windows in the sitting area gave a nice posh view at night. The sitting area accomodated atleast 12 people easily. It had all the necessary utensils for a small gt, toilets were small in penthouse but were very clean and had electric geysers in them. Its tough to make me happy with cleanness but this place did so i would recommend it.

Dirty entrance and lobby, filthy rooms full of dust, hair, dirt and stains everywhere , Bathrooms are filthy and mouldy and look like they have never been cleaned . The beds are filthy too, dirty linen and stained pillows , it was a nightmare! My son has asthma and dust mite allergy and his eyes were swollen throughout the stay. Had been booked for 2 nights for friends wedding . It’s the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life and I have stayed in many beautiful hotels all over the world . Please please avoid , I will never go back ever !
