Our only night in Pristina we dined at this wonderful restaurant. Eclectic and innovative cuisine. Excellent, friendly service. Thanks to Visare for making our evening memorable. We had a Fusion salad with arugula, pear, walnuts, mushrooms in a delicious balsamic dressing. My husband had the Magret de Canard (duck) with peppercorns, a mango puree and truffle mustard. I had the wild sea bass with black rice and three sauces. Divine. For desert we shared a sour cream mousse with dry marinated prunes, walnuts and cinnamon. Out of this world. Stayed in the hotel, one floor below the restaurant. Mushroom soup for starter, mixed grill for main. Not bad, except for the charcoaled lamb. Poor and strange choice in white and red wine per glass (both French, a Sauvignon Blanc and a Malbec). Staff are awkward at times and very unattentive. Fantastic views over Pristina from the terrace on the 8th floor and the bill comes easy on the wallet. A few changes could lift this restaurant to a higher level.

Today it was my second time in LeBouchon and I am not disappointed again. Last time I visited it in January and now in March. Both times I was there with colleagues. As I remember the place is owned by a lady who lived in France and came back to Pristina with her husband who is a Chef and cooks amazing food. Restaurant has excellent interior, has beautiful bar with excellent selection of alcohol and especially wines, menu is rather nice and one can select from excellent starters and from main courses and desserts. Service is also high quality and tables and seats are rather comfortable. In general the place has vey nice ambiance, toilets are downstairs and rather comfortable. If you wish to have a nice dinner in Pristina and enjoy French Cuisine just go to Le Bouchon. Prices are not the lowest but not high either for the food and service you get.Thank you for your so nice comment! We're doing our best to always keep this high quality of food and service !You are right, I was born in Kosovo (ferizaj) but went to France with my family when I was 1 year old in 1975, and I came back 3 years ago with my husband Michael who is coming from the north of France (french flanders) and our 2 babies, Nateo and Lea. Our son was 19 months and our daughter was 5 months when we came to pristina. Michael, my husband, is the the Chef cook, and he has a young local team to help him, he is teaching them everything.
