We had the best massage ever in the hotel spa. Plenty of comfortable sun loungers around the pool so there was never an issue getting one. Staff went over and above to make the staff as relaxing as possible. The hotel is about a 15 to 20 minute easy walk on paved footpath into the centre of Kos town. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing hotel dirty dirty

Arriving at around 2.30pm we opened the door and was hit by the smell of the sewers, the receptionist said she had organised a beautiful room for us, making it up to the room in the worlds smallest lift we opened the door and instantly wanted to walk back out We walked in to the bedroom area that looked nothing like the pictures and definitely wasn’t newly renovated There was food on the light switch the mirror was held up with nails, skirting was missing furniture was knackered hole in the wardrobe door hinge broken, air con unit had brown marks on it, dead bugs all over the walls from the previous guess killing them. Dirty curtains on the door And don’t get me started on the bed you couldn’t move without it squeaking and was so uncomfortable to sleep on. There was an inch of dust under the bed Now the bathroom bugs again all dead not cleaned up Bin rusty and dirty same with the tooth brush and soap holder looked like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while Shower had no holder or curtain The room next to us could see in from their balcony as there was no cover for the window Window had cobwebs all over them Sink hadn’t been cleaned Hairdryer didn’t work and the plug was hanging off bin wasn’t emptied for the first four days which isn’t the best when you have to put your toilet paper in there. Mould all around the shower Grout missing Behind the sink had dead ants Someone used mask at the side of the dressing table Had to buy cleaning products to clean before I could relax. It looked like they had just changed the bedding and towels and emptied the bins before we arrived Now the food wow where do I start we went all inclusive and tried the evening meal didn’t eat it was cold and nothing was marked up to tell you what it was it looked and tasted vile Breakfast was pretty much the same and dinner We are out for all meals, which makes all inclusive pretty useless Snacks was food from breakfast Drinks were served in small water cups The beds around the pool were pretty much all broken we had to move them to one side so no one would use them Would say they didn’t clean the pool area once while we was there. Weeds everywhere, algae over the outdoor shower Reception area was always dirty, floor was cleaned but always looked mucky Toilets for the pool users were discussing no locks, I used our room one instead. The hotel was getting ready to close for the season so there was bin bags over the air con units as guess left. They had started to take things down Wednesday night had no food served without any warning lucky for us we choose to eat out On our last day we were forced to eat in the adjoining restaurant for breakfast as we were guided there by the staff after telling them we were going out to eat While there all different kinds of food was brought out which I couldn’t eat as you could keep the flys off it. Once again vile. All inclusive holiday turned in to a room only Wouldn’t use again really disappointing. Think twice before booking here.

Reviewed By TaxwizzardWe've stayed here several times now and cannot recommend it enough. Clean, basic and large apartments equipped with everything you need including mosquito repellent. Kitchenette has everything you need for making a small meal. Either front and back terrace if on the ground floor or balcony if on the first floor. Free wifi, free air conditioning and a free room safe. Rooms cleaned 6 days a week. The garden is kept immaculately and there are places to sit outside. You can hire a car at competitive rates from the owner. The best thing about this accommodation though is the owner, Sokratis who is quite wonderful and caters for every need. Perfect for a relaxing and peaceful break.

It’s our check out day today and Andy has just printed all our documents out for us, the two men (can’t remember their names as it’s to difficult to pronounce ?) in the restaurant we’re going to try get it open early just so we could let the kids eat before heading to the airport ( may I add they weren’t charging the kids). Also when I asked Andy yesterday if we could get a late check out it was just a case of consider it done ( free of charge again). There was a lovely lady on the reception that helped us with bus time tables, called us taxis , basically any question we had she would help us organise for this. Amazing 5 star service. Rooms- very spacious, great big balcony and small kitchen area which we never used. The rooms had maid service everyday apart from a Sunday. Each day we would come back to a spotless room and all the beds made , even although I had three kids in the room you wouldn’t know it after it was all sorted. Pool bar and pool- we used the big pool which was located at the back of our apartments. There was table tennis, pool tables a lovely wee seated area to eat also. Can’t express how beautiful the wee woman was that made our lunch each day, her food was spot on and she was full of smiles each day. I loved the pool as I love to do lengths so we used it daily. My kids were happily entertained each day and my 3 year old could use the kiddie pool which was just the perfect size for her. Food- great selection of food which I didn’t find difficult to fill a plate. There wasn’t any kids options in the main restaurant but I managed to find something each night to fill them up. I’ve probably missed some info but just had to jump on make sure I left a review for this fabulous hotel. I would give it more stars if I could. First time in Greece and it defo won’t be my last now. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday amazing ???

Our flight home was cancelled and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Small friendly supermarket directly opposite for anything that you can't get in the hotel.
