Best place to stay in Phu Quoc
Reviewed By triinu0811Areca Garden Bungalow is the best place to stay in Phu Quoc if you are an admirer of nature. We stayed in smaller room on the second floor and had a view of the entire garden. We enjoyed every moment we spent there. If you love small wildlife then you will love it there. You can find all kinds of interesting insects and animals in the garden just living their life and occasionally checking out humans :) We saw cats, dogs, little spiders (only few mm long), some lizards, butterflies and dragonflies. After the sundown little gekos emerged from nowhere and made the cutest sound. We also saw some bats flying around and catching mosquitos. There is also an opportunity to see different colorful flowers (such as orchids, hibiscus, mimosa and others) and fruit trees (such as jackfruit, passionfruit, durian, papaia, coconut, banana) Hostess Dieu is the best, she is so sweet and helpful - she gave us good advise about places to see and talked with us about vietnamese people, their life and traditions. We also had an opportunity to see her cooking and afterwards taste the delicious outcome :) Rooms look exactly as on the pictures, are very clean and comfy. And, although it is close to the airport, it is very quiet there - you can hear birds singing in the morning :)

Reviewed By Indis1234A very lovely clean family run business. A little out the way from shops and restaurants but if you can ride a moped you will be fine. Breakfast was cooked fresh. Not a massive selection but still good. Definitely try the iced coffee as it was by far the best I'd tried throughout Vietnam.

Reviewed By NichW35Incredibly sweet and helpful family that runs the bungalow. Very committed to giving their guest a great experience. The rooms are well set up and the pool has just the right balance of shade and sun. It's a bit far from the party center of town, however, if you interested in seeing what life on the island is really like, this is where you want to go. People are friendly, beaches are secluded, and you can't beat the price.

Reviewed By JeaultmUn super séjour ! On a passé 3 nuits dans une chambre sympa comme tout, avec douche et toilette. On aurait bien aimé rester plus longtemps mais le Cambodge nous attendait ! Vous serez bien accueilli par l’hôte, qui prendra bien le temps de vous expliquer tout ce qu’il y a à faire dans les environs. Il faut être à l’aise avec le scooter. C’est indispensable, il me semble, pour que vous puissiez bouger! Un scooter ne coûte même pas 4$ la journée, prix plutôt raisonnable. Une plage à 5-7 mns en scooter (et quelle plage). Environnement top, une cuisine ouverte qui permet de parler avec qq guests. On en gardera un bon souvenir. N’oubliez pas de prendre un petit anti-moustique car ils ne vous rateront pas. La chambre est équipée d’une moustiquaire. Merci !

Reviewed By giuli39The bungalows are all new and well maintained. They are located in a nice, green courtyard away from the main road. The host is always happy to help with suggestions on what to see and do around the island. The food is also very good and the restaurant is one of the best in the southern part of Phu Quoc. The closest beach (Sao Beach) is about 20 minutes walk from the bungalows.

Reviewed By phamngocdung882We stayed at Huynh Gia bungalow 01 day from 23rd to 24th May 2018.The man receptionist not friendly and not supported when we need to help, we want to transfer our luagues to the highway because this hotel is stayed in alley!Everybody in there lacked of smiling!Facilities and room too old!I will not come back for next time!Not suialble for family!
