Currywurst im Alpenvorland
Reviewed By GolfUMKWir waren zum Abendessen im modernen Gastraum des Bergwirts; der Biergarten war auch schon geöffnet. Die Speisekarte ist klein und wird um eine Tageskarte erweitert. Vieles vom Kalb. Wir hatten uns für die pikante Currywurst entschieden und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Fassbiere aus den heimischen Brauereien waren auch gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die sehr lauten Kartenspieler, aber dafür konnten die sehr netten Bedienungen auch nichts und irgendwie gehört es auch zu einem urigen bayerischen Gasthaus dazu. Wir würden wiederkommen, wenn wir in der Nähe von Kiefersfelden sind; die Lage direkt an der Wasserkraftschnecke des Bergwirtwehrs an der Rosenheimer Straße ist perfekt.

Zu den Einrichtungen des Hotels gehören eine 24-Stunden-Rezeption, eine moderne Gemeinschaftslounge und kostenfreies WLAN in allen Bereichen. An der Bar erwarten Sie frische Getränke, Kaffee und kleine Snacks für den Hunger zwischendurch. Am reichhaltigen Frühstücksbuffet stärken Sie sich jeden Morgen zwischen 7:00 und 10:00 Uhr. Jedes der modern eingerichteten Zimmer ist mit einem Flachbild-Sat-TV, Klimaanlage, WLAN und eigenem Bad ausgestattet. Ankommen und mit Stil ausruhen lautet die Devise. Nur zwei km vom Hotel entfernt erwartet Sie das beheizte Außenbecken und die Saunalandschaft des „Innsola“. Das schmucke Zentrum von Kiefersfelden ist bei einem 15-minütigen Spaziergang zu erreichen. Der Bahnhof in Kiefersfelden ist nur 1,8 km vom Hotel entfernt. In der Umgebung gibt es zudem drei Flughäfen: Flughafen Innsbruck (85 km Entfernung), Flughafen Salzburg (100 km) und Flughafen München (125 km).

Reviewed By odieblaHotel claims to have airconditioning but in fact they only have water chillers that should cool the floor and walls. This system does not work well and this shows, the hotel has posted signs in the lobby and elevators asking to keep doors and windows closed in order “to help” the system to work correctly but it does not help. The room was humid (decent airco helps to remove the moist from the air) and warm as hell. Upon complaint we did not receive an apology or discount although we had a terrible night. We decided to leave after one night and cancel our second night. Avoid if you prefer airconditioning. ?

Reviewed By Sandya-and-ErikStayed for 2 nights as a base for the Wendelstein round trip; which works well from here, with the Bavaria train day pass you can travel the full roundtrip Kiefersfelden-Rosenheim-Holzkirchen-Ostendorf and then back with cable car and cogwheel train to Brannenburg or other way round, for 33 euro for 2 persons. Hotel is at the station doorstep. Spacious rooms, though sometimes quite some stairs to climb; ours was front side with balcony, no train noise at all but back side might be different. Spacious room but basic, of course this is 2-3 star hence don't expect much poshness, Bathrooms renovated not too long ago, and decent. Breakfast excellent for the price level, with even eggs made to order. Also had 2 excellent Bavarian-style dinners in their restaurant. Friendly staff.

Reviewed By Купцов МWe stayed in this hotel in June 2017. It is nice and quiet place. Beautiful sights from balcony. Room is small. Owners was friendly. Free parking. You can eat here in small cafe. Breakfast is normal. But check-out is early, 10.00. It was not comfortable for us.

Apartment with a fantastic view
Reviewed By sinorayoOur apartment was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the river Inn valley and mountains in the Background. The house has a familiar atmosphere and friendly host. There's adequate parking space and plenty of of places to visit in the area. Ideal for mountain walks.

Reviewed By Pascal BVery nice place offering à beautiful view on the austrian lointains accross the border. The facility included car park and the appartment was comfortable. We appreciated the kindness of the onsite staff. We highly recommand this adress for everybody searching a restful place to stay. It's easy,from tvis cuty to reach the main towns located at approx. 1 hour away, either by car or by train.
