I booked the 2 hour treatment with hamam, massage and facial, The manager Yuksel went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the service. The therapist was absolutely amazing and felt relaxed before my flight. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Resort, Wonderful service
Reviewed By MelyG585This is a wonderful hotel and we had any amazing 6 night stay. Initially we were cautious as some reviews said the guests were 90% Russian and it was difficult to communicate with staff. We found this to be inaccurate. Most staff speak good English and there were no communication issues. All information and menus have an English version. - the service, everywhere you go you are greeted by smiles and helpful people. The a la carte restuarants are particularly good but the snack restaurants, Starbucks coffee stall all had such excellent service. We were so impressed we tipped everyone. We specially want to mention all the ladies and gents at Starbucks coffee and the Ice cream stall! - the activities, the entertainment staff are phenomenal, they are always getting people involved in a full time table of activities. There is something for everyone: archery, air rifle, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking and all for free. We specially want to mention Metin in Archery who was really amazing and the gentleman doing boccia every day (His name begins with E and I am very sad I cannot spell it) who made everything so much fun! - our personal assistant. Everyone gets a personal assistant! They are contactable by whatsapp or you can find them in the lobby. They looked after us extremely well. Always sending through the list of activities, maps, and helping us book our a la carte restaurants. Our PA were sinem and bilal who spoke perfect English and were both so friendly. - the Food, so much variety and excellent service. I've been to other resorts in Turkey where is takes 45 minutes to get a drink at the buffet. This is the exact opposite. As soon as you sit down a waiter just appears and brings you everything you want. The buffet is fairly good. I think there is less expensive protein options compared to other resorts I.e no actual seafood, very little fish and beef but plenty of chicken/turkey etc. If you go to the buffet every day I believe you will start to notice it is basically the same dishes dressed up differently. Therefore we recommend booking a la carte restaurants every evening and eating at the snack restaurants for lunch especially MYHN above the pool which is a la carte for lunch. - the Rooms, we stayed in the Club room in Istanbul street overlooking the relax pool. It's an amazing large room about 45m squared. It has a dressing room, bathroom with shower and bath and 2 queen beds. The balcony over looks the pool is lovely. This was considered a budget option by the hotel but its so amazing I wouldn't want to swap it for anything else! The room is cleaned very well every day and all the water drinks tea coffee tea replenished. We always had fresh towels and shampoo bottles. - the pools, the main pool can get a little busy what with all the activites happening there but overall the resort pools felt very spacious. We found the Istanbul relax pool to be amazingly quiet. It was like having our own private pool. All inflatables are allowed which meant people were bringing gigantic unicorns to float around in. If you are a serious swimmer and want to do lengths you'll have to go to the indoor pool. The aqua park is phenomenal. The kind that people would pay to enter. There are about 15 large slides and numerous small ones. The only concern is that there is only 1 life guard and it is impossible for him/her to keep an eye on all the slides. Therefore you have to make sure there is no one in front of you before going down and hope the person behind you is also sensible. Sometimes children are not properly supervised and they play at the exit to the slides which puts them in danger. If there is anything we would recommend for the hotel it is to improve safety in the aquapark. - the beach, a mix of pebbles and sand. Make sure to bring water shoes with you because it hurts to walk barefoot. The sea is very clean and you can lots of small fish. Life guards are on duty from 9.00 to 19.00 every day so we felt very safe swimming in the sea. There are waters ports but they are quite expensive. Paddle boarding and kayaking are free. we never had a problem finding a sun lounger but if you want one on the pier or directly by sea you have to get up super early like 8am and reserve it. Overall we absolute loved our time at this resort and we will definitely be returning. We recommend it to everyone. I have to say this is by far the best holiday we have had and excellent value for money.

Everything is perfect: the location of the hotel, the food, the staff, the beautiful beach and the variety of programs. There is cleanliness throughout the hotel. Managers and staff are very professional and helpful. . Special thanks also to Mr. Tayfun, who was always helpful, respectful and courteous towards us in the lobby bar. Thank you again for this unforgettable holiday and we will definitely be back.

Reviewed By F8234ZEamytWe arrived early morning around 2.30am on the 28th May, to be told there was no reservation for one of our rooms (the family room) but the twin room was ready, we was a family of 8, inc 4 children. We was offered a suit room for the night which wasn't ideal but we had no choice 2 of the children had to sleep on Sun loungers and 2 in a bed with us then 2 single beds. But this was resolved the next day and the family room was spacious. The hotel is lovely and has fantastic views and was very clean. Some members of staff couldn't speak English and there was 1 individual who was very rude but this was very quickly resolved after talking to another member of staff. Apart from this issue all the staff were lovely. The restaurant food definitely doesn't cater for the English palate. Drinks and snack bar are fab. Overall this hotel is beautiful but unfortunately not for the English which is a massive shame.

Reviewed By Scallon1We have had an amazing holiday at dosinia, the entertainment was great and activities at the hotel through the day such as darts and aqua aerobics. Ronaldo from the entertainment team was really friendly and always interacted with us and other guests. the beach bar and pier were amazing to relax at with the sea being so clear, there are also options for boat trips and water sports. the room keeping staff are friendly and did a great job at cleaning when we asked for the service. there are lots of drinks variety here and also a nice food court with different options. i would recommend dosinia to anyone, would come back again 100%.

Club is built on a 21.000 square meter area with well-designed outdoors, 1 entry building with a reception desk and 4 different four-story blocks equipped with elevators and contemporary rooms. 216 standard rooms, 80 family rooms (with bunk beds), 24 family suite rooms (2 rooms) and 4 handicapped with a total of 324 rooms. 1 main restaurant, 2 a la carte restaurants (Fish and Italian), 1 snack restaurant, 1 patisserie, 5 bars. Private beach (pebble), 1 outdoor pool, 1 separate kiddy pool, 1 slide pool (with 2 slides), 1 indoor pool, 1 indoor kiddy pool (heated in the start and end of the season). Water sports, Game center, Hairdresser, Wellness and SPA center, Turkish bath, Sauna, Steam bath, Fitness, Whirlpool, Massage, Basketball - Mini Soccer (quartz sand on artificial grass carpet), tennis (hard court), Irish Pub, Mini club, playground, sandy playground on the beach, Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas, Meeting room, shopping center, doctor, nurse, photo service, laundry, dry cleaning, Animation and animation stage. Lovely stay with a small child
Reviewed By Nata MA great place to spend a family vacation with a small child! We stayed at Ulusoy Kemer Holiday Club during 25.05-01.06.2022. The weather was perfect, even if we had 39° two days, the water was just good, even for a 1-year-old. First of all, many thanks for the fast check-in and friendly welcome! As the room was not ready, we were invited to have brunch in the meanwhile. After it and exploring the territory (which is very green and shady throughout the hot day), we came back in about one hour, at 12 and were conducted to our room. Worth to mention here, that we had another bad experience, waiting from 5am until 2pm in the lobby of another hotel and all we were offered, was to pay for one more day in order to be accommodated faster. So, many thanks for not leaving us to wait with a small baby! As we had a stroller, we were offered a room on the ground floor, with a terrace to view on the inner garden, with lots of green grass, trees, bushes and flowers, where our kid could explore the nature! It's nice you don't need to wear that hated bracelets. As my skin is sensitive, it usually disturbed me and moreover, that area under the bracelet was always untanned))) Also there was an extra bed for our child in our room, which we did not request and use, as she sleeps with us. And the ladies who cleaned our room just took it away,so we had enough space. Also, when they saw on our first day, that we have a small child, they noted the hour or probably watched when we go away :D because we never saw them do the cleaning, but always came in a tidy room! That was pleasant <3 All that we have probably missed in the room, were some shelves in the wardrobe, where we could store the clothes that do not need to be hanged and our shoes. But this was really a minor thing... A pleasant surprise was the hair dryer, that was really drying the hair :D not just being there for a checkmark as in most hotels we've stayed before. All the staff is very nice and helpful, but not intrusive. The animation team, the guys at the bar, all the waiters (once we didn't find a free baby chair and it was brought to us in a couple of minutes!) are just great! Our girl was enthused to see so many children on the stage during the Mini disco time. Also, although we didn't have the occasion to see any of the evening shoes longer than for 10 minutes, as they started at the time our baby usually went to sleep, we were delighted. There was always enough room in the restaurant, and despite all our fears, plenty of food to choose from, for babies. The microwave, blender and baby jars with fruits were always at hand. There were many sunbeds as well. But over the last 3-4 days already at 8am half of them were already booked at the pool. And in the afternoon, same thing at the beach. Would suggest that staff keeps an eye and if they are not used for 1h or so, just to remoe the towels and free them up for other guests. It's not fair that someone uses a chair, when there are a lot of sunbeds that are not used... One day when we left for an afternoon sleep, we noticed a lady with two children, who tried to put all their stuff, towels on a chair... She was very happy when we told her we are leaving and the sunbeds will be free, as she told us she was even going to complain to the guest relations' department... Beside that the facility is very green and clean, it is also very cosy, there are a lot of chairs, swings, cafes, where you can feel more or less intimate and spend some time (for ex during a baby's nap :D), have a cup of coffee,an ice cream, a drink, play some board games, etc. And bigger kids 4+, had also many activities with a dedicated team. I went to the labirith a couple of times with my daugther and the kids always had some fun activities. Can definitely reccommend this placeand will consoder coming back once ;)

Reviewed By Adrian_BojajMy girlfriend and me booked an all inclusive trip there and we both were very happy. It's a nice beach, friendly employees, good food buffet and very nice rooms. The hotel area is so beautiful and you feel like in a luxury jungle village!! Only the evening programs were a little bit boring, except the Turkish night, the other events seemed to be made for the Russian guests, but it's ok. Would definitely come again. Not to forget, the Sport Academy there is great and the coach Okan was very supportive and gave good tips, was friendly and motivated to a hard workout. He should open his own gym. Greetings from Germany and we will see us again!
