Not a hotel service, very rude , no customer service
Reviewed By SaharmossAmazing location, awful customer service, extremely rude staff , this is not a hotel is just a one man show. No lobby, no resturant, no room service. Don’t ask the staff for any kind of help! No cleaning of rooms. Just one cheap shampoo is all you get in the bathroom. Takes 3 days for them to give you a toilet roll. It’s a shame as the bungalows are so nice and location is very good but if you don’t speak Turkish and don’t have a car basically you’re stuck there with some very useless rude young guys at the reception.

Reviewed By 725emrekkKahvaltı vasat, çikolata reçel bal ve yağ gibi ürünler piknik boy kutu şeklindeydi. Odaların temizliği ortaydı. Standart Odaların bazılarında soğutucu vardı bazılarında yoktu. Aynı grup oda olmasına rağmen farklı müşterilere farklı muamele yapıldığını farkettik. Kaldığımız 3 günde de gün içinde su kesintisi oldu. Saatlerce suyun gelmesini bekledik. Duşa WC ye giremez olduk. Bu sıkıntılara rağmen bazı görevlilerin hiçbir şey olmamış gibi ilgisiz ve düşüncesiz tavırlar içinde olması bizi rahatsız etti. Personellerden bazıları ilgili ve yardımsever olsada genel olarak beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı.

Reviewed By eng_rmaVery nice hotel, we had a wonderful holiday. This is our third time here. Very friendly staff. We felt like home. We had the garden rooms at the first time, wide rooms and fantastic views. The second time we had the rooftop rooms with jacuzzi.. Amazing experience!!!

Reviewed By adldolasAkşam geç saatlerde otel otel dolaşmamak için, internet üzerinden bularak geldim bu otele. Web görünümü güzel ama odalar çok eski ve bakımsız. Kış günü odalar zaten klima ile ısınmaya çalışırken bir de pencereleri açık bırakmaları anlaşılır gibi değil. Klima derken sadece görüntü ve gürültüden ibaret.Klima çalışmasına rağmen dalgalı bir rüzgar sesi geliyor sadece, ısıtma mümkün değil. Yarım saat beklememe rağmen ısıtma olmayınca başka odaya geçmek zorunda kaldım ama diğer oda da ondan çok farklı değildi, onda da klima sesi ve yoldan geçen araçların sesi hiç kesilmiyor. Odanın temizliği de ayrı bir rezalet. Yatağı açtığımda 2 adet uzunca saç, çarşaflar üzerinde küf lekeleri. Oda fiyatı da ildeki otellerin ortalamasında maalesef. Kahvaltı mı? Çalışan personelin size vermiş olduğu hazır tabak içerisinde 2 dilim peynir, hazır reçel, yumurta ve 5 adet zeytin. Kesinlikle kalmayın derim.
