The current owners acquired the property in 2007 and completed an extensive renovation project. All villa facilities were completely replaced or restored to new condition. Spacious and luxurious this hideaway of 4 (four) exclusive bedrooms villa offers all the lavish accoutrements of a luxury managed villa. Reviewed By Angela OWe stayed here as a family group of 8. The whole stay was amazing and everyone was more than happy. Staff are very helpful and friendly, would go to the shop for us, cook, breakfast, call taxis, help with organising laundry, anything we needed. Having a private infinity pool was amazing with stunning views over land to the ocean. Villas are spacious and luxurious, everything was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed By Madebytheog_As in my title mentioned, very poor. We've booked this hotel because of the good reviews as people were saying great experience and great view/location. Nothing of this is true. Warm water runs out fast, the view to a "garden"; I am still thinking it was a joke, perhaps my perspection of a garden is different. The location is a hill and very diffecult to reach, only good by bike. Nothing to do around the area. The reception is available from 9-5... it's a hotel, not an office... and you have to pay cash!!! Never experienced this before, but okay. One day our room was left open after the cleaning. And oh yeah, transfer/shuttle to the airport is NOT free! The only thing that was positive was the comfy bed.

Reviewed By LindeLopesOur stay started turbulent with a confusion about the rooms and number of beds, that rooms us almost 2 hours to check in. The bathrooms are not good, especially the shower, and the beds need a more thorough cleaning. It really needs to do some improvements.

You get what you pay for
Reviewed By lakbaylishaThe place has a lot of rooms that has more like a roadside villa vibe. There are 3 pools but not really that large..just big enough to hang out in when you are feeling hot. There is a gym but it's more of an outdoor space with two machines. You have to walk around 10-20 minutes to get to the nearest convenience store and to an area with some local warungs to get a bite to eat. They do have a cafe here with local and western meals. The rooms we were shown were a bit disappointing. We had requested for single beds but this place only offers queen or king-sized beds which unfortunately was not communicated back to us. The room we were given was spacious but the mosquito net advertised for the beds were old and had stains. The bathroom just had a wall and a door that acted like a divider. You can hear what a person is doing in the bathroom. The bathtub had some stains and it felt like the tub would give away if you stood on it too long. I would stay here for just a day or two.

He arranged cab for day trip with reasonable price than others in market . Overall is very good stay and happy with this . Just want to add one suggestion . It will be great if he can arrange one water bottle so that people can have it if needed otherwise it's difficult to go around to get water. Book through booking.com rather Airbnb to get little cheaper . I paid 260000 IDR for my one day stay .

Our Memorable Family Vacation
Reviewed By Tay1964Having stayed in the Longhouse a few years ago, we booked the entire villa for our 5-day family vacation and thanks to the owner, Linda and her wonderful team, our stay in Bali was truly enjoyable. From the time of booking to our departure, we were impressed by the excellent service provided by the staff and drivers who attended to our needs efficiently and politely. The meals we had at the villa were delicious and were customised according to our preferences. The villa was generally clean and well-maintained although the wifi connection in some of the rooms can be improved and the equipment in the gym updated. However, the friendliness and hospitality offered by the staff more than made up for the small inconveniences we encountered. I would strongly recommend the Longhouse if you prefer to stay in a quieter area away from noise and crowds but not too remote and far from the airport. It is ideal for families or a group of friends, up to 12 persons.

Beautiful pool and hotel
Reviewed By Alex KThis is a stunning hotel. The pool was brilliant and it was extremely quiet throughout our stay. The staff arranged our laundry for a fee. Breakfast was provided and they catered well to our vegetarian/vegan needs. The room itself was great with warm showers. The negatives were that a water fountain was on display but we weren’t allowed to fill our bottles. The amount of plastic on Bali is ridiculous, please help alleviate the problem by selling/giving free refills. Indonesians also have a fascination with caging birds. The bird on display was in an extremely small cage with no company. It always ruined my breakfast experience and was upsetting to see. If you must cage an animal at least give it a much bigger cage and a friend or ideally release it. :(

Reviewed By Anitabelle24359Worst place ever. in the middle of nowhere. really difficult to reach it. the waitress not friendly at all and they seems to treat the foreign tourist better than local tourist. i came to there to take a picture in the pool but the waitress forbid rudely and said you have to pay 150.000 per persons which is insane because i came with my family. not worth it at all.
