Reviewed By TanSYewWe stayed in the Hotel at the Ocean Resort on 9 Nov (Sat) in room 1003. We had a choked toilet bowl at 9.50pm, called the front desk to get help from housekeeping. Without the ability to communicate properly in English to the Korean speaking staff, we hoped for the best... At 10pm, A young gentleman from housekeeping came and took a look at the situation. He told us in Korean and hand signals to give him 10 mins. He came back exactly 10 mins later with a toilet bowl hand pump, pumped it three times and cleared the choke. He flushed it twice to check that it’s all working well, and asked if there is anything else that we needed his help. We said thank you to him and he gave us a 90 degree bow before he left. This short but swift response from housekeeping to resolve the problem at hand promptly is an excellent demonstration of the positive service standard that we experienced. A pity that we did not manage to take down the name of this staff, but would like to give compliments to him and congratulate the management of the hotel for having such a wonderful employee who took his work seriously and did it well. Thanks for the positive experience in staying in the hotel at The Ocean Resort!

Reviewed By zzul22i이번경험으로또다신안오면된다하지만 저같은분들이있을것같아번거롭지만글남겨요 들어갈때부터쾌쾌한냄새 옷장을여니더한역겨운냄새 거기서이불을꺼내써야만해서꺼냈지만 4장중3장은누리끼리 심지어어린애기가땀내새난다고더럽다고함 물은계속뜨거운물만나오고 찬물이나오지않아냉장고에서생수꺼내썼어요 이게말이되나요 프론트에전화하면될껄그런다고하겠죠 전화선은끊어져있고 (아무말말고이용하라는건가요.....요구사항따위는들어줄수없다는건가요) 패밀리스파,자그만치적잖은돈30만원주고예약했는데 신랑이모텔에가는게나을뻔했다고이게뭐냐고 많이많이좀그랬어요.... 다른사람들후기는좋더라고요? 보니까남긴지좀된글이던데 노후된데다가관리를너무안하는데금액은받을거다받는아주별로인곳입니다

온수풀은 저녁늦게나 따뜻해져요
Reviewed By nucleiis3월말에 아이들과 2박했는데 살짝 추울때라 온수풀이 참 좋겠다 싶어서 숙박했습니다. 가기전에 전화로 물 들어갈만한지 묻기도 하고 그랬는데 막상 가보니 항시 수온이 유지되는 것이 아니라 점차 따뜻해지는 방식이어서 거의 저녁 7시 이후나 되어야 들어갈 수 있더라구요. 결국 낮에 밖에 다니고 오후 늦게 들어오는 일정으로는 온수풀을 사용할 수가 없었어요 ㅠㅠ 2박하면서 한번도 가지 못해 이럴거면 다른 곳에 묵을껄 하며 살짝 돈이 아까웠습니다. 여수 몇번갈때마다 뷰가 좋았어서 이번에도 위치상 뷰가 바다라 아주 좋을거라고 생각하고 갔는데 보이는게 대형 선박들이라 조금 실망했습니다. 바로 앞에 레일바이크 시설이 있어서 관광객 몰리면 좀 시끄러울때도 있어요. 방은 모텔급이라고 생각하면 되고 내부 수리중이었는지 여기저기 공사하는 자재들이 놓여있고 그랬네요. 자는 데에는 크게 부족할 것 없고 전자렌지나 스토브도 있어서 간단히 먹거리 사다가 식사도 할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 이것저것 챙겨주시고 인심이 느껴져 좋았네요. 두 동으로 돼있는데 저희가 묵은 건물앞 주차면이 부족해서 약간 걸어야했는데 바닷바람 세게 불고 밤에 춥고 그럴때 걷느라 힘들었어요. 어른은 상관없는데 애들이 좀 울먹거릴정도.. 당시 날씨가 추워서 여름엔 상관없을것 같습니다. 외부로 이어지는 차도가 좀 특이한데 일방통행 터널을 지나가야 하는데 신호가 5분 간격으로 바뀌면서 한쪽 방향 통행만 되기 때문에 급하게 어딘가 가야할때 거리에 비해서 시간이 좀 오래걸립니다. 주변에 상점이나 편의점이 없어서 1층 입구에 있는 자판기가 유용한데 이것도 숙박객이 많으면 금방 품절이 되기 때문에 물건있을때 미리미리 사두시는게 좋아요.

Reviewed By 피터888방문전에 리뷰를 보니 방음 문제 있다고 기재되어 있어 설마하고 왔는데 정말 짜증날 정도로 방음문제 심각함 프런트에 전화하니 어느방인지 찾을수도 없고 복도에 나가면 전혀 안들림 방안에서만 소리지리고 아우성 치는 소리가 들림 다만 프런트에서 각방에 전화해서 소음 조금 쥴어듬 도저히 재방문 안할거임

Reviewed By ELLakim05You should visit ‘Sol Beach Jindo’. First, there are a lot of stores, restaurants in the basement. There is a game zone too. So you don’t have to go somewhere far to buy something or eat something by spending a lot of time. And Jindo is famous for its seafood such as small octopus or abalone. Second, there is a way named ‘Jindo Miracle Sea Route’. It is revealed when it is ebb tide. The festival starts when the way reveals.Third, we can swim in the swimming pool safely because the staff gives waterproof masks. So I recommend visiting this place if you have time to take a trip. Rooms are old but we had a Great time at WATER PARK!!
Reviewed By kormalfamilyWe stayed here one night with our family. Huge Parking Area. (Very easy for parking) Our main purpose of this trip was; Kids to enjoy WATER PARK. I would say they have a good water park with lots of things to do. We arrived to the hotel early morning. Since we arrived early, we did not wait long to get our tickets for water park. I recommend to come here early morning otherwise you have to stay very long to get your tickets to the water park. You are not allowed to take any food inside the water park. Locker Room,Changing Room, Sauna, Shower (Men And Women Seperate) Once we gave our tickets to the Water Park Counter, they gave each of us a wristband. We recharged our wristband with some money, since if you want buy anything inside of the water park you have to use your wristband. (They will not accept cash or credit cards.) There are lots of Indoor and Outdoor activities. We did enjoyed a lot. There are few restaurants inside the water park, but its hard to get a table during meal time. So many people. Finally we ended up having burgers haha. (I am not a big fan of Burgers so It was very disappointing.) After water park we went directly to our room. We had dinner in our room. The room is old but it's ok to sleep. I love the view from our room and we enjoyed the beautiful sunset (Check the pictures) I would surely come back again. But only in SUMMER :)

Tacky and overpriced "attractions"
Reviewed By thelonious22Yeosu Art Land is a complex with a hotel and a handful of attractions including a circus tent. The Trick Art Museum and the Sculpture Park are the main two with an outrageous price tag of 15,000 won each. Luckily they had a 50% off promotion and we checked out the sculpture park as we saw its popular photo spot “Hand of Midas” on many Yeosu tagged Instagram posts. The park is situated on top of a hill with some great vantage points of Yeosu. But there are many more viewpoints throughout Yeosu that are free. The park was full of random (and mostly tacky) sculptures and it didn’t take long to figure out we had wasted our money visiting the place. The “Hand of Midas” is the only cool looking thing in the park and luckily we were about the only people in the park and didn’t have to wait for a photo. The place is a colossal rip off and I can’t imagine anyone would make a second trip here.
