It has been a very long time ago but somehow the kept my ID safe until now. Thereby, the staff was very helpful to send my ID back to my place and it was really appreciated. So many thanks, I’m sure I’ll be back someday.

Reviewed By metahalleyna29We stayed in the deluxe room. Room was clean, no issue on the cleanliness. It was, however, kind of smells. The kind of smell you’d find if a room has not been slept in for quite a long time (perhaps because of the closure due to covid, which is understandable) The bathroom is clean and very proper. Design wise, the room is “meh”. It was okay, nothing special about it. No AC obviously. Staffs are very polite and friendly. On the property itself, don’t expect high. It really is just a piece of land with tents in it and jacuzzi area. That’s literally it. Don’t expect anything more than that. Don’t expect a “resort experience” where you can have nice view. Photos on the internet CAN (and ARE) deceiving and misleading. Those photos lead you to believe that this is a huge property/resort. It is not! It really is just a piece of land with tents in it. The room price is really too high for what they’re offering. Breakfast is also meh. The receptionist recommends fried rice (said to be their specialty). It turns out to be just rice fried with soy sauce. I can’t cook but even I can make much better fried rice. Right across the glamping area, there’s this maribaya hot spring thingy. It’s not impressive or breathtaking or anything. The river smells and polluted. Just meh. Won’t come back for sure.

They’ve many type of rooms (Tent, bamboo, glass door & etc.), they also provide “saung” for BBQ or just for relaxing. They’s also have many pool (private / public) with clean shower area. The reception was very nice, when first time we survey area she showed all type of room and facilities.

Feels like school trip camping in a good way
Reviewed By JustAn0therTravellerWe got booked into the hotel with a tour package and this place does the perfect job. It is not the biggest but it is really functional and clean. I quite like the design. It has a decent size toilet and bed. It literally feels like camping in a hut. We did not spend too much time at the property since we need to get up early for Bromo. When we come back, there is so much food for breakfast that we couldn't finish! The food is nice yet different from ordinary hotel. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can feel quite hot when you close the door during day time. If they install a fan in the room and that would be perfect.

Reviewed By dnatalia82I’m writing this on the way back home from the glamping to show how thankful I am to the staff. Reservation process was painless. They explained and guided me thoroughly throughout the process. When we arrived, check-in was also very simple. The staff helped us carrying our suitcases to the tent. The tent itself was clean and impressive. Comfy bedroom and nice bathroom. Unfortunately just when we were already in the toll road, I realised that I left my son’s blanket at the tent. It’s they type of blanket that your child cannot live without it, the one that has been giving him company since the day he was born. He was so devastated. I quickly made a phone call asking them to help me sending the blanket to me. And they promised to send it tomorrow. A big shout out to Mas Doni and the other mas at the marketing department who save our life :) I don’t need to comment on the view. It’s spectacular.

Dont Expect Too Much... You will Dissapointed...
Reviewed By EkaPermanaSNot like the atmosphere I expected when imagining staying in glamping which they call luxury by paying the equivalent price of a 5 star hotel. The rooms were dirty, so I didn't dare to bare feet while in the room. The springbed mattress is not feasible because it drops a bit when used for sleeping. The bathroom was not dry because there was stagnant water. The picture on TV is not clear. Even in the room there is no telephone to call the receptionist. And what made us annoyed was, the atmosphere was very noisy because there were other guests who brought a sound system to sing karaoke, even though it was clearly prohibited, the officers only reprimanded without any clear follow-up, and they continued to sing late into the night, very very annoying when we want to rest. The restaurant atmosphere is pretty good, the food is also delicious when you order and pay for it, but when breakfast the quality of the taste drops a lot. Even though the atmosphere of the pine forest is very beautiful to calm the heart and mind, it becomes useless when the hotel management is not very good.

Lokasi berada di area belakang Hotel Sari Ater, dilengkapi kolam air panas kusus utk tamu camping park, dan ada dekat dg spot2 menarik: taman kelinci, green house bunga dan ada yg green house sayur, play ground, kandang rusa, spot foto berlatar bukit dan padang rumput, dan miniaturkampung sunda. Suasana sejuk dan asri, tenang dan sangat cocok utk keluarga
