Reviewed By Kastury90First of all,a superb location of the hotel just a few metres from the Main Road at Manak Chowk,Jaisalmer.Our train reached at 09:45 pm night at Jaisalmer and we were received by our Hotel crew,Shakil Bhai just outside the Railway station gate.After that,we were taken to the hotel and to my utter surprise,We were upgraded from Deluxe Room to Suite Room as the Deluxe room was on the top floor and it was around 44 degrees,so Shakil bhaiyya and team shifted us to the Suite Room at the same price in the first floor.Our complete trip including Desert safari in Jeep and Camel alongwith cultural evening in K K Resorts,Jaisalmer was properly planned by Shakil bhaiyya.He himself took us in the hotel car and stayed with us all throughout as our guardian... The Guide bhaiyya who showed us The Golden Fort of Jaisalmer and other places of interest in the cute city was also awesome.He acted as our Post-wedding Photographer by clicking some very beautiful pictures at beautiful locations. We didn't feel like we were somewhere away from our home.The hotel felt like our second home and the team were like our guardians. Fully recommend HOTEL TOKYO PALACE,JAISALMER for a beautiful stay as a solo traveller or with family.Just book the hotel and leave the rest on them.They will take care of all your needs. Namaste, Diamond Guest house based on the 865 years old Fort structure, our guest house is located inside Jaisalmer fort, one of a few "living forts" in this world. The building design is planned based on what traveler needs. We’ve been running accommodation since 2015 and put all of the ideas to create Diamond Guest house. Diamond Desert Safari and Guest House, Jaisalmer welcoming people from all over the world since 2015. We provide all the facilities and amenities which are in good condition, we are also specialist for private tour or non-touristic or tourist place offer you number one activities on the Golden Sand - Dunes of Thar are Camel Trek and Jeep Safari, Quad Biking, Parasailing and many more. Our service keep developing as well. Our everyday lives are deeply involved with the guests, we keep our eyes on and make sure everything is alright.

The best part is its location and its roof top from where you can get a mesmerizing view of the living fort. I had stayed here for 2 days but they have giving me memories to for life long. Must try hotel!!! :)

Reviewed By abhiiimitOn 17/2/22 we stayed in Wild heritage desert camp in Jaisalmer, which was booked through booking.com. The camp was a sheer scam, none of the photos that were posted in the app matched with what we got when we entered the camp. The owner Adesh tried to loot us from the beginning of the trip only. He charged us 2000 for the car from airport to the camp, then activities like Jeep safari and quad bike, for a single person he charged 7000, after a little bit of bargain he gave us an estimate of 18109 for the above two activities, city tour and drop to our hotel the next day and drop to the airport the next-to-next day. After payment of the full amount, he didn't give us any receipt or whatever we discussed that are included in that amount. The next day we started off from the camp for city tour and drop to our hotel. while we are in the car, he said city tour is chargeable extra and he can only drop to our hotel in Mohangarh if we pay 3500 extra as that 18109 was only for 2 desert activities and charge of car to drop us to Jaisalmer city which is 35km from desert camp. in spite of having an argument he denied to accept that we had decided for the entire plan as mentioned above. He dropped us in the middle of the city, not helped us with the city tour or drop to the hotel started misbehaving. Later on, he handed over a bill where he mentioned about the total charge as per his own whim not what we discussed. We told him will give the review in booking.com. after half an hour or so we received a message from booking.com that Adesh has shown us as a cancelled stay in their camp and we didn't turn up, thus we couldn’t give a review there in spite of contacting the customer care. In our trip later on we came to know from other drivers also that this is not the first time that one has this kind of experience as he is known as a fraud person there. The welcoming staff and the local surroundings just captivate you and you want to stay here forever. Reviewed By User-FeedbackVery poor service. We are visited this place in Diwali 2021 and They are claiming everything on their site but while visiting nothing is real. They are not able to provide hot water for bath, not providing proper food. Same menu for all the day. They have excuse for each and every complaint. So do not visit this place in Jaisalmer. In fact suggesting to book good hotel and then visit desert only for Camel ride and camp purpose

Reviewed By nisaurThe property is in khuri dunes on main road. Good food but needs to add more variety in local cuisine. You get same stuff every day . The property needs investment and revamp. The taps are leaking, stains on bedsheets, curtains are torn, lights non functioning, interiors paint worn out,more looks of a 2 star Property.Everywhere I observe lack of investment or money saving. It's only the sincere simple staff running around that makes study good. Otherwise I won't repeat the stay.
