Reviewed By Nina KI spent a week in Yalı Butik, enjoyed my stay a lot. The hotel is drowning in greenery. My room was spacious, with large bathroom and a loveliest balcony covered in ivy (the floor could have been cleaner, but I'm not super-picky). The location is the best, the price was reasonable and the food delicious. I was craving peace and quiet and for me it was an ideal place, no loud music or loud customers (now that's something I'm extremely fussy about!). All in all I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Especially Elif Hanım was genial and she always made sure that each moment of our stay has been amazing. We also loved the company of çopi and aron, the two lovely dogs of the vineyard.

As a family run establishment our place welcomes people from all arround the world since 1987.We keep and improve the quality with our clean and comfortable rooms and smiley stuff. We're located right in the centre but away from the rush just 50 mt. Away from the sea. Our terrace offers a nice view to the wonderfull Foca coast and the historical wind mills. You can have our extra served breakfast at the terrace or prepare your own meals at our shared kitchen. Our rooms have private bath and toilet , Air-Con.,Satallite flat TV,Balcony and free WI-FI access.

The Pension is an older building tucked into a side street very close to the harbor; post-COVID & early season we were the only guests there for most of our stay. Our top floor room was very clean with a sweet little terrace; the beds were a bit hard & could stand to be replaced; since we were pre-season there was no breakfast service but we could use the refridgerator & were fine with that after 3 weeks of big, Turkish breakfasts! The rooftop terrace was spectacular with great views & sunsets overlooking the Aegean Sea. Ramzi was just great: very helpful, excellent English, he and his Mom took good care of us. Wifi-fi was weak in our room; free parking & easy access to old Foca; took some great walks, had lovely seafood dinner & boat trip. Would most definitly visit again.

Reviewed By Janset NI stayed with my dad and the pool is definetely the biggest pro of the hotel, it has the most stunning view and the breakfast was pretty reasonable although was quite slow. The rooms are very clean and the shower is very modern. If you dislike pets this place is not for you. Overall, for the price the hotel is very nice and feels like home. It has wifi and the rooms are spacious. I would advice making the most out of the pool as it is the best feature of the hotel. I wouldn't necessarily suggest eating at the hotel as the service is slow however the food is tasty.

Hotel molto affascinante per l'edificio nel quale è ospitato e il villaggio nel quale si trova. Leggermente rumoroso trovandosi nella piazza principale. Proprietario gentile e disponibile

Wunderschön und Erholung pur
Reviewed By Marco RDas Aprico Guest House war für 5 Nächte unser Domizil in der Region Seferihisar. Die Pension liegt leicht versteckt am Ortsrand von Sigacik inmitten von Feldern und Gärten. Der Weg nach Sigacik zu Fuß dauert knapp 15min doch um auch "geheime" Strände zu erreichen bietet sich die Nutzung eines eigenen Autos oder des Pendelbusses an. Es stehen zwei Appartements mit je einem Doppelbett und Badezimmer zur Verfügung. Zudem gibt es eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche. Die Zimmer sind wirklich schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Bäder, mit abgetrennter Dusche sind ebenfalls Hingucker! Die Appartements selbst liegen in einem abgeschlossen und eingezäuntem Gelände, auf dem neben einem Haupthaus der Pächter (Pärchen) auch drei verspielte Hunde, Hühner, Eichhörnchen und Geckos leben. Das typisch türkische Frühstück wurde uns morgens vor unserem Appartement serviert und täglich gab es einen anderen kulinarischen Leckerbissen dazu. Rundum verdient diese wahnsinnig gemütliche Unterkunft eine glatte 5-Sterne-Bewertung und wird von uns wärmstens weiter empfohlen.
