Reviewed By 263astridwThe hotel is really beautiful, it has different stules of houses and rooms: a pagoda, a colonial, a maloka and more, it’s big and it’s like in the border of the town away from all the noise but it’s near enough to go for a walk in the town. The staff is goos, they are very kind and try to help with everything. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is good and the views are great. But it feels like all that property is underused - it’s not adequately adapted for people to spend more time out of their rooms and more in the property green areas. This is a very good hotel but it could and should be much better for the price you pay.

At 1810 meters high, in the area named: La Antigua, the hotel is just 200 m from town on top of a small hill. You will enjoy an amazing panoramic view of the Andies and its volcanoes (Purace 4570m, Solala 4300m). In the middle of a farm, you will stay in different original and natural constructions (Bamboo, mud, glass bottles in the walls…) surrounded by colourful gardens and plantations (coffee, fruits, trees)…, delicious food in the restaurant. Areas with hammocks are at your disposition to enjoy even more peace and beauty of San Agustin.

We had the fabulous cabana Esmerelda all to ourselves with a large comfy bed, huge bathroom and hammock on a generous terrace overlooking the grounds. The walls are inset with coloured bottles and stone paths wind in and out of the property which also has smaller rooms, dorms and cooking facilities. But there is a great kitchen operating from 7 am serving great breakfasts, lunches and dinners with home made pasta. Beware the huge portions! Fresh ingredients all lovingly prepared especially the bread - the best in Colombia! All the team are friendly and helpful. Really a great place to stay in San Agustin

Reviewed By AlexRado2301We stayed one night in this hotel and even if we don't recommend you to stop at Neiva, the hotel is worth it - swimming pool, hammam, good breakfast, nice staff, quite a big room and bed and very clean too. The Wifi was perfectly working as well and the hotel is near the city center. Do not hesitate to stop by there if you need a night in Neiva (40€/one night for 2)

Nice hotel at a not so nice street
Reviewed By Charles131965It was a good choice for my needs, comfortable room, I liked it and the price I paid was very fair for that room, no restaurant and the hotel is simple but still confortable and the room was so nice...the area where it is placed is not very nice but at a short twi blocks walk you get to the river to walk along the Malecon. Close to the bus terminal.

Reviewed By Mitchel PI stayed for a business purpose trip, this hotel was nice, excellent customer service they always asked if there was anything I needed, quiet neighborhood, there is a Pizza place next to the hotel and is really good and is located close to downtown.

Rude staff and tried to charge extra for included amenities

Their listing included the air conditioning (confirmed within our booking) but when we arrived they told us we needed to pay extra to use the AC. We showed them our booking confirmation, which included the AC and they just wanted to take more money. The moody woman at reception called the manager and sad “two gringos are here...”. So rude. We got our bags and left and I will be reporting them at Booking.com. These people are dishonest and they do not deserve your business, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

La atención a los detalles es su mejor carta de presentación (libros, juegos y una grata conversación). Jaime Andrés y Leidy estarán dispuestos a guiar, atender e incluiso acompañar su estancia en Neiva. No deje de probar el café,los omelletes y el jugo de cholupa,todo preparado desde cero.
