Reviewed By basiltjeStayed in a spacious studio at hotel Geiger, Hopfen am See with beautiful views over the lake and mountains. Big bathroom with rain shower and separate toilet. Desk, fridge, safe, hairdryer, couch and comfy chair, lovely bed, plenty of cupboard space and big balcony with sun lounger, two chairs and table. Friendly staf, excellent breakfast and dinner options. Bus stop in front of the door and lots of restaurants in the area. Well worth a visit

Reviewed By Sue GStayed here a couple of times and both apartments excellent. Well equipped, spacious, very clean and great location. Lovely reception staff . One minor improvement would be an English translation of the house rules for the occasional non German speaker. Just a suggestion. Perfect place to stay in beautiful Hopfen am See.

Geräumige Wohnen mit Seeblick
Reviewed By Maus54Das Haus liegt super, 50 m vom Seeufer. Wir hatten eine Wohnung im hinteren Teil der Anlage, aber trotzdem mit Seeblick. Die Einrichlung war ok, gute Betten/Matratzen, in der Küche nur ein Herd mit zwei Platten, aber für die Urlaubsküche ok. Ansonsten war die Küche wirklich komplett ausgestattet (bis hin zur Kapselmaschine). Nur der Kühlschrank war ein bisschen schwach auf der Brust, es dauerte, bis das Bier runter gekühlt war. Schade war, dass im (Hoch-)Sommer keine Sonne auf den Balkon kommt, sie steht zu hoch und das Vordach schirmt den Balkon ab. Aber sonst alles ok!

Familia con ancianos

Bueno oportunidades de mejora: 1- todo el instructivo está en alemán,no hay copia en inglés y menos en español. 2- lavar ropa cuesta dinero no hay lavadora en los aptos, ni tampoco artilugios para secar como he visto en otros lugares para la calefacción.4- acuérdense de pedir la clave wifi, no la brindan espontáneamente. 5- a las 17 cierran y pase lo que te pase después de esa hora que te ayude Lola. 6- hay mucho restaurante en la vuelta pero domingo no hay supermercados ni panadería. 7- hay que venir con el pedido de víveres hecho si riesgo de morirte de hambre. Tampoco hay deliveries. Es para venir en auto. Aun con todos esos peros es un disfrute de paz. Ancianos solos abstenerse, no hay nadie que ayude.

Reviewed By shellz61As a previous reviewer mentioned, there is no reception on site. Surly cafe worker downstairs pointed to a phone on the wall and said to call the number. After a couple of unsuccessful attempts a young man came out of the bar and helped us dial the phone, talk to the property owner, retrieve the key, we would have probably given up if not for him. Website we booked through said there was free parking - most of the spaces had signs that said "parking for cafe only", we just took one of them, still not sure where the inn's parking was suppose to be , The actual room was quite nice, very nicely decorated and had a lovely balcony with a distant view of the castles Location is somewhat remote, but there are several eating places a short drive away down by the lake (I wasn't about to give any business to the rude woman downstairs). We called the owner the following morning as we were leaving to find out what to do with the key and told him to go ahead and charge our card for the stay. Right after hanging up his wife showed up on site, came through the door and insisted we pay her cash, which was kind of irritating. All in all, not a bad place but not sure it's worth the additional hassle it took to get checked in and settled. No wi-fi.

Reviewed By KosabaumGesamtes Ambiente "in die Jahre gekommen", sehr schöne Aussicht, Frühstücksbuffet sehr mager, kaum Auswahl und diese nur billig Produkte, Eier müssen zusätzlich bezahl werden!! Schöner Badestrand mit Liegen.
