It is a former free imperial city that owed much of its fame to being the seat of the Imperial Supreme Court (Reichskammergericht) of the Holy Roman Empire. Located at 8° 30′ E, 50° 34′ N, Wetzlar straddles the river Lahn and is on the German Timber-Frame Road which passes mile upon mile of half-timbered houses. Historically, the city has acted as the hub of the Lahn-Dill-Kreis on the north edge of the Taunus. The city is known for its ancient town and its medieval cathedral.

First thing we liked, the modern styling of the interior. Not the "kitsch" you normaly see in Greek restaurants.The staff is very attentive, friendly and shows an interest.Quality of food is realy nice, wel prepared with fresh ingredients.One comment, nothing to do with the restaurant as such; Greek cant make decent wine. (So maybe add some options to your winelist)

Food is rather tasty, but when I went out I felt like I had eaten a ton of gravel. Not bad, but be prepared for a VERY difficult night trying to digest.

Not impressed by this German-Greek restaurant. I guess it caterers to the German idea of Greek food. The "garlic soup" was a heavy meat soup with garlic flavouring (vegetarians beware) and the meze was a heavy seafood platter, not what I expected from the menu description. I guess some people are satisfied with that, and the pleasant location in the middle of Schillerplatz.

Hier war ich gemeinsam mit meinem Sohn zu Mittagessen. Es ist eher ein Lieferservice an der StraÃe, aber es gibt auch 2 kleine Tische, an denen man sitzen und essen kann. Beide Gerichte (Gyrosteller und mit Schafskäse gefülltes Hackfleisch) waren sehr gut. Die Portionen waren so groÃ, dass wir sie kaum aufgeschafft haben. Die Bedienung war freundlich und schnell. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
