Wir waren an einem Sonntag Abend da.Wahrscheinlich war es der falsche Tag.Wir hatten ein halbes Hähnchen unnd ein Tagesgericht.Auch wenn das Hähnchen aus der Fritöse kam, hätte es besser sein können.Das Tagesgericht hätte ich selber besser gekocht.Ausser uns war noch ein Tisch besetzt.Wenn wir etwas selber besser kochen können, müssen wir nicht in ein Restaurant gehen. Vieleicht sind wir auch zu anspruchvoll und nicht die Klientel.Die Preise waren angemessen zu den Speisen, jedoch nicht zur Qualität.

You'll get glances from the locals when you walk in, especially if you look like a tourist, but that's part of German tradition, that silent, excessively long stare, hunched over a mug of beer.The food is decent, traditional German. I can't even remember much about it because you come here because a) you somehow found your way to this quaint town and got hungry, b) your friends brought you. Either way, you're there because you have to be and it certainly is good enough to enjoy. There aren't many other choices in town and I doubt you'll get an unpleasant meal here.

Iâve been there during a work trip in Frankfurt area and some colleagues brought me in this place for the lunch break.The location is quite nice with a nice garden outside even if the view is on the road.When weâve been there the restaurant was almost empty, with a table of 10 people and another with just one person.Despite this, weâve waited almost 45 mins before to be served. Too long time for a lunch break and considering that not so many people were in.My schnitzel with potatoes was ok and good also the weissbier.A little bit expensive in my opinion.

The food in jumes is very good and has a great menu , good seating area inside and out , the only problem is the speed of service , last time being at weekend ordered two drinks and after not arriving for 30 minutes we left !

Nice place for a good dinner and beer experience - probably the best in Neu Isenburg. The schweinhaxe was just fine. Reservation is a must, as the place is very frequented. There is also a garden with tables even in the winter.

... ist hier immer wieder überraschend für uns fest zu stellen. Wir waren in den letzten Monaten nun schon mehrfach Abends zum Essen mit Freunden hier. Da ist es auch kein Problem noch Abendessen zwischen 21 und 22 h zu bekommen. Es gibt eine reichhaltige Speisekarten mit schmackhaften Gerichten zum guten Preis. Man merkt gar nicht, das es der Treffpunkt für Sportler ist. Es kommen hier offensichtlich viel mehr Gäste, die mit aktiven Sport nicht gerade unterwegs waren. Es einfach sehr angenehm hier das Essen zu genieÃen, oder einfach mal nur ein Bier oder ein Glas Wein zu trinken.

Went there with a party of 3, owner was very helpful, dishes were very nice and tasteful ! We had a variety of things from pizza to mussels to a vegetarian dish. All were prepared well and looked stunning. We could not finish everything :-) Bill was reasonable for the quality we had. Parking available behind the restaurant.

went there with some colleagues and truly had an enjoyable eveningrather small but sufficient menue, quality instead of quantitygreat starters, especially the sword fish with wasabifilet as main course also was excellent, hard choice since the Tafelspitz was also very temptingfriendly and attentive servicefilet as the main selection was outstandingwine selection shows the owner's heritage, he is austrian (from vienna to be accurate!)we had a "banfalu" cuvee from Sepp MoserKrombacher Pils on tab, comes at the right temperature and goes down goodeasy to find and parking is no problemsurely we will be back

You probably aren't in Lagen as a tourist; you are probably visiting one of the many businesses located here, as I was. There did not seem to be many culinary choices near us, but we found this one, which I would rate as "worth a special trip." The waitress dealt patiently with our inability to understand only a litlle German; if you don't know any German at all, take a phrase book, or a German, along with you. Everyone in our party of four was very pleased with their choices. I had a dish of chicken livers prepared perfectly in a magnificent sauce. If you find yourself anywhere near this place, go there.
