Reviewed By RBAR79Absolutely wonderful stay! Kids loved feeding the animals and having access to a huge range of toys and games. The hosting couple are lovely and really make you feel like you are old friends they just hadn't met before. The premium breakfast is just that, and the kids loved the range of fresh fruit and cereals. We stayed in the River suite and it had everything we expected and needed to make our stay relaxing and stress free. We definitely will be coming back!!

Reviewed By Stutz28There were no cars in the large car park but obviously a huge coach brought in a big bus load. Typical motel room with tea making only. Plenty of food outlets within walking distance though. Easy walking distance to main town. I requested a downstairs room with no spray and both these points were acted upon.

Brooklyn Motor Lodge is a brand new 23-unit motel complex in Hamilton East. We are conveniently located within walking distance to Claudelands Event Centre. Business travellers will appreciate our free internet access all units have heat pumps telephone, alarm clocks, iPod & iPhone docks, kitchens, some units have courtyards.
Avoid at all costs
Reviewed By KiweveMotel is used for emergency accomodation. Some of the residents are very unsavoury. Within half an hour of our arrival, there was a domestic for which the police were called upon to attend. No milk in fridge for coffee. I asked reception if I could have one. She said she would bring it down. Nothing came. Off to have a shower before going out...towels are dirty, and towel rail was broken, and found lying on floor under basin. Also no hand soap to wash hands after toilet. Only one drinking glass for two people. No sky remote, despite it being advertised that there is sky. Pillows supplied are so flat, and offer no support, and sheets are too small for bed. This is the worst motel I have stayed at. I thoroughly recommend choosing elswhere to stay.

Accommodation in comfortable riverside home situated in quiet cul-de-sac only 5 minutes walk from the CBD with its shops, bars, restaurants, theatres, sports venues. One bedroom has a Queen bed the other has twin beds. The two rooms share a bathroom & a private guests' sitting room with tea/coffee facilities & television. Safe on-site parking. Choose from an extensive breakfast menu.

Reviewed By Pepster56The hosts, Diana and Fred are absolutely delightful, warm and welcoming. Their home is clean and comfortable and they cater for every need. We stayed in a twin bedded room which was of a good size. The only down side is a shared bathroom, but as there are only two rooms for guests, this did not prove a problem. Also the cost of the bed and breakfast was very reasonable to reflect the shared facilities.

Reviewed By 335carolkGreat hotel in the heart of the tourist zone . No need for further parking fees. 15 minute walk to the heart of the Falls. Lovely staff , especially room keeping & great breakfast buffet. Ideal if you want to cross the border into the US, walking or driving .

Reviewed By traveldaworld95For the price of this horrid room for 5 people it was very disgraceful and unprofessional. There were only 2 towels, even though we searched for more, the toilet was dirty with cobwebs in the corners, the rooms were fairly clean however smelt funny and for someone who is immune compromised ended up with red itchy eyes and a horrid cough from the disgusting atmosphere! The service of the people working was quite terrible, they are not helpful, they do not seem they care at all and it’s very disappointing because it has left a bad impression and we will make sure to tell other people never to go here. When we checked out the staff were very rude and had no idea what they even have in the room, customers always come first and clearly this place has no idea about that. Also there is a huge safety hazard with a hot water tank inside the house behind an open cupboard, if the cupboard was locked I would not think it was too bad, but the fact it was easy to open and very easily accessible this is a HUGE safety hazard and if you have children it can be very dangerous! In conclusion I would stay WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! PS: $491 for a S$*# BOX is a huugee rip off and these people need to be told what’s what!!
