Reviewed By garypT1719SUThis is defiantly not 4 star! the rooms are all very nice, and the reception staff are lovely. I stayed there for 20 days on a business trip and they have only one restaurant that you have to book the day before along with the people staying in the 700 villas & chalet's on the lake, as we did not know exactly what time we would return each day we had no chance as they make no concession for hotel residence. Also breakfast starts at 7am and as we had to leave the hotel every day at 7am to get to our work site which was 30 mins away the woman running the breakfast room would not let us have breakfast early or take food with us. Me and my colleague had paid for 40 breakfasts in advance but that made no difference! At the weekends we sore her turn people away if they came to breakfast one minute late and the room was full. As this hotel is in the middle of no ware not getting into the restraint is a big problem especially on a Monday and Tuesday as all other restaurant in villages that are at least 20 mins drive away are closed because they open on Saturdays & Sundays. I waited 12 days to have the fridge in my room replaced because it didn't work so I couldn't use that for food! just to finish, this joke of a hotel, you cant use the bar which is in the restraint if you don't have a table. Although the rooms are nice and the lake area is beautiful the view from the rooms that look toward the lake are of a very large and noisy building site as they are still developing. Plus the so called hotel has no laundry service. We will never use this hotel again!!!! And the woman running the breakfast room needs a lesson in customer service as she is very rude and bullies the young girls that work in the breakfast room.

FRAUD, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM!!
Reviewed By AnenKristIk would like to write that it was a nice stay, but we never entered the building: We payed in advance for the stay of 9 persons (the whole house)&when we were at the house on the date/hour as agreed in advance, WE NEVER HEARD OF THE HOST!! No key, no code, no communication! We waited in the rain for 1.5h with 3 little children, a pregnant lady&2 elderly people. Afterwords Mons Dragon House still denies that we were there at the agreed day, "the waited for us". Very strange since the communication in advance is very clear&it's all written down - there shouldn 't be any confusion. WE NEVER SAW OUR MONEY AGAIN!! (Ik would like to note 0 stars, but that's not an option)

A beautiful surprise
Reviewed By SergeAniaExquisite stay at this wonderful house. All amenities were outstanding. Our hosts were extremely helpful and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended ! The private terrace overlooking the gardens is giving an extra relaxing atmosphere to your stay.

The breakfast and WiFi are included in the price, very delicious with many different foods and the eggs too, the couple owners are very nice ! This place is recommended ! Will come again...

Reviewed By Jamy GWe waren op bezoek bij de Zulzeekse feesten en zochten een verblijf in de buurt. Dat bleek niet makkelijk te zijn. Helaas was er niks dichter dus maar deze B&B geboekt. Onthaal was iets te formeel. Mooie grote kamer met een nette badkamer. Goeie matrassen, wat onze nachtrust ten goede kwam. Goed geslapen. Gebouw ligt aan een kruispunt met ‘s morgens de voorbij trekkende landbouwmachines en alle dierengeluiden die men kan indenken bij deze afgelegen locatie. Ontbijt was goed. Gastvrouw deed de moeite om een vers gebakken spiegeleitje te bakken en zelfs verse pannenkoeken. Haar zelf gemaakte confituren waren ook super. Al bij al een goed verblijf. Parkeren kan gratis rond de B&B, plaats genoeg. Ideaal voor fietsers en wandelaars die kluisbergen willen ontdekken. Bedankt aan de gastvrouw.
