Sometimes it is difficult to have friends and for everyone to eat couscous. Their wooden grill not only gives you the possibility to have grilled lamb or chicken to accompany your couscous but for example also a fantastic beef "pavé", we tried the Roquefort sauce ( miamy). Mons presently the cultural capital of Europe and a must see while in Belgium, a good opportunity to combine the visit and lunch..the couscous is excellent (apparently they use 3 different types of semolina), the braised lamb shank (you can ask to grill it slightly, but don't tell them I it recommend you...) or merguez -chicken. Please book in advance!

Nous avons appris l'ouverture du 4ème établissement de Luc Broutard...et nous ne voulions certainement pas rester sur la petite déception de la dernière fois à la Table du Boucher.Nous étions en famille et donc...le menu "les Bronzés" était tout indiqué pour découvrir cette adresse complètement atypique mais pleine de charme (une fois à l'intérieur, précisons).Le choix offert dans le menu tant pour les entrées que les plats et les desserts est tout simplement étonnant ! Les apéros sont aussi surprenants, faut préciser encore une fois qu'ici nous sommes sur le thème de la Savoie...Nos choix pour les entrées et les plats étaient quasi tous différents, et tout le monde, TOUT LE MONDE, a trouvé tout excellent, copieux, très bien présenté.La Braserade de boeuf est...sublime, entre autre. Carte de vins équilibrée entre qualité et prix. Bref, compte tenu que l'accueil et le service sont "top"...c'est une adresse que nous recommandons VIVEMENT.
