Excellent Hotel. The one and only in Hai Duong
Reviewed By An LBack to Nam Duong Hai Duong after a long long time. The Hotel still is the best, the one and only. Everything meet 4 star standard. My room was spacious, neat and cleaned. Breakfast was tasty with many options for Western and Asian Breakfast style. Meals were also tasty and affordable. The swimming is very big I think Olympic size. Staff are super attentive, polite and accommodating. Still my choice whenever I travel to Hai Duong province

Business trip to Hai Duong

The hotel was well equipped to meet my request on work. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is large and cosy. i would like to say thank you to the hotel a lot.

Spacious apartment
Reviewed By 843KarinH843The place is most likely the best option in the area for a foreign to stay. Most guests are rather long term residents who are working in the factories around this area. I just stayed there for two nights and can say it’s a spacious service apartment with everything. Living room, spacious bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with microwave. Only strange is the set up in the bathroom, the mirror is installed to work for a smurf. The breakfast is served in the downstairs Japanese restaurant and is a set which need to be ordered the night before. There are also plenty of coffee shops around for a Vietnamese coffee.

Reviewed By Elizabeth QThe hotel is in a great position across from a pretty park and a lake. It seems to have been recently renovated and is very clean. There are a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance. I had reserved the cheapest room as I was only staying one night, it was very small but contained everything one would need including a fridge, kettle and free WI-FI. There was one very small slit of a window. There was an irritating squeaking noise from the lift when in use, one needs earplugs.The bathroom, equally small, was nicely tiled and very clean but the shower was a "wet room" type and in a small space everything gets wet and the floor slippery. The bedside light was minus a bulb but I didn't notice this until I was actually in bed, surely this should have been checked by housekeeping. There was no one on reception when we arrived and although I had ordered pho for breakfast the next morning, the room was in darkness with no staff evident. There was no one available who could speak English to help. After we arrived we asked about hiring a taxi to take us to some famous temple sites and the manager came in his car and took us for a reasonable charge. My daughter, with whom I was travelling, speaks Vietnamese otherwise we would have encountered difficulties.

Reviewed By DeanH2082Giá hợp lý, phòng cũng sạch sẽ. Khách sạn 4 sao gần trung tâm thành phố Hải Dương, cạnh siêu thị Bic C trên đường Thanh niên đi lại cũng thuận tiện. Cách thủ đô Hà Nội khoảng 55 km, cách thành phố Hạ Long khoảng 110 km, năm cạnh quốc lộ 5 nên mỗi lần đi công tác mình hay chọn khách sạn Trường Thành.
