Reviewed By 420katiedThe hotel seems to have spent a lot of money renovating the lobby...which is beautiful. They also seem to have spent a lot on misleading photographs of the room interiors. The rooms themselves are much more rundown than the pictures online show and they have strategically avoided showing some parts. After exiting the elevator, we were pretty shocked by the stark contrast from the lobby. I had been expecting the room would be more similar to what was pictured and up to the general standard of other Kensington Hotels we have stayed at. However, for the price, I suppose this could be expected. This is more of a cheap older Korean motel than a hotel...it is definitely not a resort. We weren’t planning on spending a lot of time in the room so I initially didn’t care because the location is great but unexpected rain changed our plans. If you are planning on going hiking and staying outside, this is a great place to stay...Beautiful views/close to the park! However, this is not a staycation kind of place/a room you want to spend a lot of time in. The room was generally clean but the bathroom had some noticeable patches of mold and a distinct sewer smell that remained despite closing the bathroom door (something that could easily be fixed by installing a valve.) There was also a very visible oily handprint on the door (possibly the result of the kitchenette.) I’m unsure why some reviews are as positive as they are...except the location. I would stay here again if we were passing through or hiking as planned but two nights was way too much.

Country Hospitality in a Heavenly Place. Luxury at Budget Price.

Tranquil setting for this gem of a place in the most scenic part of Sth Korea yet visited. 3km to fabulous Namhae island and a great easy walk across the bridge from motel. Lovely room with a view over crops, inlet, Namhe Island and surrounding mountains. Weekends were difficult if bussing in, so own car an advantage. Saved by the kindness of the owners who picked up and dropped off from bus terminal, even taking us to the Saturday event across the bridge on the island. It's a traditional reenactment of an historic event which I could not find info about on net. Impressive bridge under construction. Hotel has beautiful features like marble tile floors, special lighting, huge bath in spacious bathroom and a quasi luxurious bedroom with lots of extras. No eateries around so BYO or drive 5 min across the bridge to the many raw fish and seafood specialty restaurants. Even better now it's spring and the famous Hadong blossoms everywhere. Gorgeous!

여기 개 최악입니다.
Reviewed By Leehakrae6144고기 무한리필인데 최악으로 덥고 서비스 최악이고 삼겹살먹다가 이빨 부숴질뻔 했습니다. 좋은건 그냥 수영장있는거 뿐이고 애들데리고 가시는분들은 그냥 도시락 싸가세요. 2만8천원짜리 무한리필 1시간30분만 먹고 나가야 되고 소주맥주도 사가면 싼데 4천원씩 다 받아쳐먹습니다 거의 살아있는 날강도 수준입니다. 특히 안경쓰고 프론트에 있는 여자 인성 최악에다가 나갈때 전부 다 한마디씩 하고 나갑니다. 사진만보고 사기당하지마세요
