Reviewed By benp268Stopped here for afternoon tea.. and what a view ! Very few guests as Vietnam starts to reopen tourism. However, the hotel was spotless and the service was excellent. Only 90 minutes from Hanoi if you use the toll roads. If you plan to take a cruise around Ha Long Bay I would recommend you also stay at this hotel.

A Joyful Trip
Reviewed By DinhC26Our family had a great time staying at this hotel. Everything here is almost perfect from the friendly staff, clean room, appetizing breakfast food. The hotel location is also quite close to the Sunworld amusement park. If we come back to Ha Long next time, we will definitely continue to use the service at this hotel

When I knew that this was a newly opened hotel, my whole family decided to experience it and I was really satisfied, when I arrived at the hotel I was greeted with a smile and a friendly bellman, but until today checkout I just know her name Mr.Trieu thanks for your friendliness and enthusiasm, the hotel lobby is very beautiful, very luxurious. The receptionist was very friendly. What makes me most satisfied is the 31st floor swimming pool, it is truly a paradise for those who love to take pictures, the room is very large and suitable for families to travel. Thanks !

Nhân viên luôn nhiệt tình hỗ trợ khi khách hàng có bất kỳ lo lắng, thắc mắc gì. Đây là khách sạn mà người Nhật có thể an tâm lưu trú. Ngoài ra, phòng tắm công cộng rất đẹp, có cả phòng dành cho nữ nữa, do đó gia đình cũng có thể sử dụng dịch vụ ở đây.

Amazing spot
Reviewed By 626nataliegWe stayed here 3 nights. The view from our window (we had a room ending in -06) was incredible! The morning sun rising over Ha Long Bay is breathtaking! The room is a corner room and so was enormous, and the bathroom was equally as huge. The couple travelling with us had a room ending in -04 and their room was definitely much smaller but both rooms were well presented and very clean. The usual amenities are available in the room though the tv didn’t connect to any channels. Overall it does have luxurious feel to it. The reception staff were wonderful to help us book a cruise in the bay and taxis to get around. But download the Grab app as it’s the local version of uber and was cheaper than taxis. The breakfast was noodle soup with beef or chicken and you could order fried eggs to go with it or toast as well. The coffee was delicious too. The restaurant is on level 8 but the elevator only goes to level 7, so you get off at 7 and climb the stairs to level 8. The view is absolutely beautiful up there, and is a wonderful way to start your day off. The location is really good, with a shopping centre one street over where there is a good court on the top floor. Behind that is the market where you can stock up on snacks or souvenirs or just about anything you need really. Lots of fresh seafood constantly being brought in and fried for purchase in this market too. Take a walk past the mall and market along the water on the bridge to more lovely views. The only problem we had with it is that directly next door another building is under construction and though reception told us they won’t start work till 8, they started work at 6:30am in the morning. So there was no sleeping in, though this was entirely out of the control of the hotel, perhaps offering ear plugs might be a good idea until the construction is over. Other than this utterly minor and temporary issue of the construction site, the hotel is excellent and i highly recommend for your stay in Ha Long Bay.

Reviewed By 51yanniszComfy and very clean hostel, friendly staff, possibility to book cool boat tours that include all the transportation and a meal (maybe you can find it cheaper elsewhere). The surroundings are not nice though, they are clean and safe but very boring and empty, just concrete, with no life or nothing of interest except for a few nice coffees. I have not explored Halong city much so I do not know if the entire city is like this or just that area.
