Fine place with good surroundings
Reviewed By KroglundWe stayed one night on our drive from Riyadh to Al Ula. Due to Covid19 no servings at the hotel. We had a big tworoom suite with fruit-and chocolate basket. Minor problems in bathroom, but we solved them ourselves. Kind staff. Nice to be just across the walking path next to the mall.

Reviewed By Egyptian-Explorerذهبت لهذا المكان في رحلة عمل لمدة ليلة واحدة، الفندق يقع على الطريق الدائري مباشرة (طريق الملك فهد) وصوت حركة السيارات يسمع بوضوح داخل الغرف على مدار اليوم. لا يوجد في الجوار ما يستحق رؤيته إلا بعض من المحلات الصغيرة ومطعمين للوجبات السريعة (كودو و صب واي). كانت إقامتي في جناح مكون من صالة وغرفة نوم وحمام ومطبخ صغير. وبرغم مساحة الجناح الكبير الا انه ينقصه الكثير من التفاصيل اللازمة لراحة المستخدمين، منها على سبيل المثال: - الحمام ليس به بانيو قدم أو عادي ‘مجرد دش فقط على الأرضية (احذر الانزلاق عند الاستحمام). - لا يوجد حامل للصابون أو للشامبو وستضطر لوضعهم على الارض عند استعمال الدش. - حوض غسيل الايدي خارج الحمام بجوار حوض المطبخ ولا يوجد حامل للفوط بجواره. - التكيفات تصدر صوتا مزعجا وبالذات تكييف الشباك بغرفة النوم الموجود فوق رأس السرير مباشرة. - إرسال جميع قنوات التلفزيون سيء جدا. - الأثاث قديم ويحتاج لتجديد. أسوأ ما في المكان هو موظف الاستقبال "رائد" الذي كان فظ في تعاملاته وبعيد تماما عن المهنية في معاملة النزلاء. بالتأكيد لن أعود مجددا، وأنصح بالبحث عن أي مكان للإقامة وسيكون أفضل بكل تأكيد.
