You need to take the by road to each the hotel as soon as you cross ling distance bus terminus of Guwahati near Tirupati Temple. Restaurant his accessible by stairs as well as lift. The restaurant is facing the front, hence you cannot miss it. The interiors are well done with effective cooling. Large glass windows give you a fantastic view outside. This is a multi cuisine restaurant starting at 7 am for breakfast and continuing to 12 midnight. Chinese, north indian, south indian, italian are available. You get combos also. I felt that the prices were slightly on the higher side, however the portion size was adequate. Food tasted good. It takes a bit of time for the food to arrive. A budget set up was also latif out indicating buffet setup on select days and times. Overall worth a visit.

Comfortable stay at affordable prices. Minimalist decor with an unifying African theme. Bed and breakfast was never this comfortable nor affordable. Located in Dispur, right at the heart of the capital of Assam, and North-East India, Guwahati. A quiet residential area with all commercial accessibility. 1. Spacious rooms - Check 2. Reviewed By amitabh1953We, a group of Five, had the wonderful opportunity of spending two very pleasant days at this Home stay in Dispur. The property was well laid out, spacious, roomy and clean. The owner, Mr Mukku, was, of course the crowning glory of the whole experience. Extremely helpful, sincere, and friendly, he went out of his way to make us comfortable and was always available to help us out. The breakfast was delicious, and nice homely meals were provided on very reasonable payment. I would definitely like to go back again, and strongly recommend this cosy little place to all travelers foreign and domestic.

Reviewed By rahuljangam25No seatings at reception area. No card payment available. The rooms used to smell very bad. Cushions cover were stinky. Only one switch was working. AC not working. Bad food, i have thrown food in dustbin. Guest not allowed after 8 pm. I asked them to give glasses for drinks and they provided me plastic cups. Also i asked for water they handed me bottle full of Ice. Wifi does not works. I was thinking what worse would happen next. I cancelled my my stay and shifted to other hotel.

Reviewed By NATHCC1on 17TH OF May we have booked Chirom Hotel Paltan Bazzar through one of the online booking site.After traveling whole night from Arunachal we reached the property early in the morning around 6:30 AM. When reached the reception desk , we found one guy in black shorts, T shirt and in sleeper , standing behind the counter, totally unprofessional , even did not greet , good morning to us, neither approach us to know the reason of our presence. so, finally i approach to him to know about my reservation.but he still did not pay any attention to me as he was busy with tablets and mobile and some of the maintenance guy may be. After knocking him couple of time he finally ask me my name to check the reservation status, and immediately he said that he did not received any and with very negative attitude, as if we are there for a complimentary stay. he neither ask us to seat nor he offered us a glass of water to me and my wife. I try to ask him to check if he could found my reservation as we were too tired after the journey, but he didn't show any interest to me neither he offer any room to me. So i decide to leave that place as hospitality of that place was awesome. while leaving we found one couple , who have already stayed there previous night was pissed off.And from them only we came to know that the guy on the reception was really unprofessional and also came to know that the owner of that hotel is not Indian. the owner of the hotel is an Indian or a foreigner, doesn't make much difference, but the kind of hospitality they are providing to there guest will make big difference in future. "ATITHI DEV O BHABA" GUEST IS GOD - This is how we treat our guest in India.

Reviewed By utsab mIts a big disgrace for a Brand like OYO to continue its partnership with such a below standard hotel.A guest of mine whose room was booked by us at Om Regency.The hotel had lot of issue starting from rooms to its toilet but the most disgusting and terified thing was guest behaviour .My guest who requested a bucket of hot water for his 4 yrs infant when he was slanged by the Hotel Employee name (Shantanu) that they only provide three hours hot water in a day but the same was never informed to the guest by the hotel authority in advance.Is that the way you treat your guest does that half bucket of hot water would cost a lot to the authority.OYO being a brand please look on the same as its only hampering your reputation in the market.I would not really recommend anyone to go to this hotel .
