Brilliant time at bad nauheim staying in elvis's room
Reviewed By O2715PJsandrapWhat lovely staff, very helpful, amazing buffet breakfast, stayed in the elvis room, was so special, original, can imagine elvis there, went out on the balcony for drinks and felt very special when people were laying gifts at the shrine waving up at us. Lovely little town, bumped into locals several times, all friendly, visited irish pub few times, they do nice food at reasonable prices, all pubs sell the applewine, yummy, lots of cute restaurants and bakeries, easy to find elvis monuments, all within 10 mins walk from each other, clean town with lots of green open space too. Went on train and bus with mobility scooter, very easy, friedberg is the next town, also very nice, visited the army barracks of elvis, preferred bad nauheim though, a must for every elvis fan, met fans from around the world, cost us around 850 pounds for 2 adults staying in the elvis suite for 2 nights and standard room for 2 nights with flights from Heathrow. Lovely time.

Fabulous room and good location
Reviewed By wanderlustforever21I absolutely loved my room. It was beautiful and spacious. I got a free upgrade. My room was decorated in a contemporary Style. I was able to see many of the other rooms. Each had a different type of decor but all were very nice and recently renovated. Caroline at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location is right outside the city wall. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Market Square. I thought the location was fine. You can get other hotels that are within the city walls but I don't think any have the recent renovations or the decor that this hotel has. I liked it so much I extended my stay.

Thought there is direct view to the famous small canals, nature, well know for this region but it’s located in living area. The interior looks like mixed up land house style and home-improvement market. It’s functional, simple and standard bed & breakfast. We missed a special character of this hotel. The fee & access to the Spreewelten Bad is included. We don’t understand the context to penguins. The very negative thing is that they expect on weekends min. 2 nights. So you’re not able to book only 1 night on weekends. That’s a no go and we never had this policy before! For a baby cot & bath robe you have to pay extra. That must be included. Very sad. Parking is free. The service should be more friendly. Foods are only buffet and average. Restaurant is not all time open. All in all average B&B.

We stayed in the new section of the hotel, brand new, high end everything in the rooms. marble aplenty, high end beds, all for (comparatively) next to nothing. very modern hotel. the staff (both of them) were extremely pleasant. in the morning, for the free breakfast, your typical german spread of meats, cheeses, breads, juices. good quality for the foods though. it was very busy the morning we were there, a tourist bus had stayed there, but both staff members kept the area clean and well stocked. we told them before they left and i will tell you all, We will be going back here again. obvious tourist attraction being the castles, but also a nice getaway location with hiking, lakes, and shopping in fussen.

Beautiful Bavarian accommodations
Reviewed By Bruce ESabine and Johann are incredible hosts. Mayringerlehen is a working farm in a beautiful setting with very comfortable rooms. Each day when we would come back from exploring around Berchtesgadener Land I would just gaze out over the mountains and feel so lucky to be a guest in their home. Each morning Sabine served a delicious breakfast which included Johanns own homemade cheese! We had a car rental and drove ourselves around to explore but if you don’t have a car there is access to a bus that will take you to many of the attractions. If you are wanting to stay in an authentic Bavarian setting this is the place to stay. It was the highlight of our two week trip thanks to the hospitality of Sabine and Johann. I was sad to leave and hopefully one day we will be able to sit on our veranda and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of Ramsau.

Reviewed By Irina162022Everything what you need for vacation. Close to big city, but nice park surround. Modern facility and clean and comfy room. Professional staff and taste breakfast. We didn't use spa, because didn't have time for it. But I guess this service as good as other ones.

Reviewed By Kirsten BWe stayed 1 night in Cuxhafen in July 2017. Our room was situated in a villa close to the hotel. The room was nice with a very big balcony. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the breakfast buffet is OK. Value for money.
