Reviewed By francines155The room was a bit small but clean and comfortable. The staff is helpful and polite. The indoor pool and spa are great, although located in a separate building. ( We asked for a nearby room which they accomodated.) The outside seating area is well equipped with a great view. A good value!

Reviewed By cattlerepairmanThis is a classic, seaside motel reminiscent of the 1970'. Hey, it even has a telephone booth outside the main office! Rooms are small but functional and clean. Keurig machine, microwave and fridge are provided. There are zero restaurants or shops within walking distance; the closest restaurant is the very good Cafe de l'Anse about 11 km West on hwy 132. Breakfast from 8am and great seafood. What is hard to beat is stepping outside to the gorgeous views of the St. Lawrence, coffee in hand. The owners are friendly and helpful.

The Fleur de Lys hôtel in Percé is own by one of the Irish family of the town. Bilingual staff, ocean side rooms, spectacular view from the restaurant is only a few of the advantage of choosing our small family hotel.
Total Disappointment
Reviewed By Lisa DThis motel *thinks* it is something it is not. The prices reflect a 4-star hotel but it is actually a rural 1-star motel on the side of a deserted highway. The price gouging can only be explained by the view of Percé rock which is beautiful but really not worth the price. Any rooms on the upper floor are very noisy as the parade of clients walk to and from their rooms. The ramshackle wooden floors make a lot of noise and vibrate. The highway is behind the hotel and the traffic can be quite loud. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. The owners should be forced to sleep on them to experience how their clients feel. There is nowhere to put your luggage or belongings...no cupboards, no shelves, no hooks, just a wee closet with those hangers that ensure hooligans don't steal them. The reception staff are surly and unaccommodating. If they charged $49/night, I would accept all these deficiencies but they charged a staggering $183/night. They are taking advantage of the lack of hotel options available at this time of year. I would avoid this motel completely.

The rustic sea side cabin offered privacy, optimal tranquility, a slow paced environment conducive to meditation, not to mention breath taking tides with enabled us to walk (with gum boots afoot) to the light house nearby. We will be revisiting soon

Hotel Motel Panorama is located at the entrance of the village of Percé. A brand new hotel, rated 2 stars. Breakfast is served every morning in our new dining room. Heated swimming pool and many packages offered on location.
Sadly booked elsewhere
Reviewed By 8008We recently tour Gaspesie and the most expensive hotel was Hotel Motel Panorama and frankly it was the least good hotel of them all. We also stopped in Matane, Campbelton and La Malbaie (though the last two aren't in Gaspesie). The hotel is clean overall and while a little outside of Percé, has a great view on the Roché Percé and Bonaventure island. But the bed are NOT confortable, way to soft (probably old mattress), our blow dryer didn't work). While breakfast are include it is only carb (bread, muffin) and two of our kids wanted to bring with them 1 muffin each and they were told that they were not allow to do so - that's worth what? 1.50$ max! Its ridiculous. While they have a pool, it is only open from 12 to 6pm and the life guard on duty is far from social - despite two "cheerful - Hello" we got a disinterested reply. I've tour Gaspesie twice in the last 3 years but honestly such place and the price paid for, doesn't invite for more tour of this beautiful part of Quebec province.

Reviewed By diane pI never stayed in a motel before , but this place was clean, well kept and the beds very comfy. The small rooms with bathroom (which was very clean )was very nice! And the patrons were very nice on giving info for things to see. We would come back any time !
