Reviewed By melcraven8102Absolutely loved this b and b, which is in a apartment complex 10 mins from airport..family run business ...i pre organised shuttke pick up..was great to get good communication from owner operator.. 10 euro fee ech way. Smooth pick up....the apartment Absolutely beautiful.. owners gone out of way to make people feel at home.. welcome liquers.. chocolates..lollies in foyer.. room ao lovely i would have stayed longer... i hd one of 3 rooms available..mine hd balcony and ensuite..bug television..big bonus was there was a HUGE department store next door so ii did some last minute shopping there and grabbed some gret pizza so this is a hidden gem i wwll recommend ans also trains direct to rome 5 minute walk away

Not what we expected
Reviewed By Jane PWe were emailed by the hotel that due to a Covid outbreak at the hotel we were being moved to another location for our one night stay before our flight home. We were exhausted after our flight from Sicily and took a taxi to the address given us. It was a restaurant with apartments above and closed. We called the hotel and someone came immediately on a motorcycle to let us in to a sparse but clean apartment. A coffee machine was in the shared kitchen outside our room and packaged croissants were provided for breakfast. The next morning the shuttle was supposed to pick us up but didn’t come. We called the hotel and the same person came in his car and drove us to the airport. Despite not being at the resort we are grateful to them for taking care of us. We’re not sure how many guests were affected by this Covid outbreak but these days travelers have to be flexible and ready for anything.

Reviewed By Francesco20101978Di rientro da un viaggio decidiamo di fermarci in questo b&b per non entrare nel caos di Roma . Entriamo e troviamo un'atmosfera molto familiare. La titolare gentile le stanze linde e accoglienti; bagno perfetto con cabina doccia con getti d'acqua idromassaggio. Colazione essenziale male buona. Peccato essersi fermati una sola notte. Torneremo sicuramente. Inoltre la vicina darsena di Fiumicino è piena di ristorantini.

Nice B&B near the beach
Reviewed By FrankXXXThis white big villa has several rooms and a nice lounge. We had a standard room on the first floor. The room was nice, clean and white. The bed and bathroom were good. In the morning there was breakfast. Some fresh things but most packed. During the night we realized that we were alone in the part of the B&B. There is only staff in the morning and on call. A bit strange. The pool was leaking and emptied. Workers tried to find the problem. You can easily walk to the beach, although most enterprises were closing. A nice little area of shops and gelateria's is in the neighborhood.

Reviewed By Evgeny_MskvОстанавливались на одну ночь перед завтрашним вылетом из аэропорта Фьюмичино. Отель относительно новый, ремонт еще свежий. Приехали, припарковали авто рядом с домом на большой бесплатной парковке. Позвонили собственнику Массимилиано и уже через 10 минут приехала его супруга - Стефания. Показала все удобства, как пользоваться кофемашиной, какие продукты в холодильнике на завтрак, на столе стоял приветственный пирог, куча всякий сладостей и бесплатных воды и соков. Номера - большие, все есть - кондиционер, телевизор, стол, большой шкаф. Даже пожалели, что только на одну ночь остановились. В 100 метрах от отеля ксть огромный полноформатный супермаркет с кучей готовой еды. Сходили, купили на ужин всё что захотели. Двор отельчика опрятный, растет кактус-гигант). Вечером прогулялись до моря - 15 минут пешком. Из минусов - если только взять во внимание шумный насос, который откачивает канализацию после туалета и душа. Но вечером пошумел немного и все. Однозначно в следующий раз остановимся здесь.

Reviewed By svaleriobell'appartamento inserito in un quartiere residenziale tra Fiumicino e Roma, il parco leonardo, che è comodissimo ed estremamente tranquillo. l'appartamento è ben arredato e con un ampio ed arioso terrazzo. la proprietaria ha avuto la cortesia di rifornire il frigo con acqua e merendine il che non guasta mai. molto comoda la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria che ti consente, volendo, di lasciar lì l'auto ed andare a Roma in treno.

Bellissima fuga da Roma
Reviewed By PetrathekillerNel nostro itinerario estivo tra Lazio e Toscana ci siamo imbattute quasi per caso presso la struttura di Scilla. Piacevolmente sorprese dall'aria famigliare che ci ha subito accolte. Un'esperienza in un piccolo paesino di mare nel Lazio molto positiva. Il B&B è davvero molto carino ed al mattino verrete accolti da una colazione molto ricca preparata dalla simpaticissima e cordiale padrona di casa. Super consigliato.

Pessima gestione e velate minacce
Reviewed By SylorousNon ho molto da dire di questa struttura, non posso sapere come sia fatta e i servizi che offrono perché a poco più di 3 giorni dalla prenotazione fatta tramite Booking e dopo aver pagato la struttura, ci hanno contattati per annullare la prenotazione. Per carità possono accadere imprevisti "familiari" e non sto qui a sindacare questo ma attraverso la foto che ho pubblicato vorrei far notare i modi in cui la proprietà tratta gli ospiti e la totale assenza di scuse, per non parlare dell'invito a "vedersi di persona" che pare più una minaccia medievale piuttosto che una proposta costruttiva. Decisamente sconsigliato!

Mi richiama il titolare col quale concordo dì essere da loro nel giorno 1 dicembre La telefonata avviene il giorno 22 novembre e tenete conto del fatto che la settimana seguente avevo il corso, precisamente mercoledì 1 dicembre Il titolare ki assicura che è tutto ok Prenotazione fatta tramite whapp dì cui foto in allegato Giorno 30 novembre decido dì anticiparmi dì un giorno per stare più riposato Mi risponde sempre il titolare cui chiedo se posso dormire anche quella notte visto che la mia prenotazione era per il giorno seguente Mi risponde che non sa chi fossi e che non aveva prenotazioni a mio nome Stupito gli invio gli screen dei messaggi whapp Capito dì aver commesso un grave errore si ripara dicendo che un suo collaboratore gli ha detto che la mia prenotazione era il 1 gennaio Capite che chi sarebbe così pazzo da fare un corso dì formazione il 1 gennaio????? Lui continua e ripete che gli dispiace ma L errore non è suo Quindi abbiamo Un cliente costretto a spendere doppio dei soldi per una notte anzi due Un cliente beffato dal titolare dell a struttura che tra le altre cose si sottrae alla propria responsabilità incolpando il suo collaboratore Un titolare che adduce scuse come avere una prenotazione per una notte in un giorno festivo pur avendo parlato con il cliente che gli ha specificato che era lì per un corso che non si può tenere in un giorno festivo Finale suggerito: Io prenoto direttamente per aiutare le strutture ma da questa storia ho imparato che devo prenotare dalle piattaforme esterne ciao questi personaggi poco seri smettono dì darti fregature e in più pagano il 15% dì commissioni così gli sta bene. Fare Hotel o albergo non è per tutti e non lo è per questo signore Hotel sconsigliatissimo a favore dì altri alberghetti dì zona Christian Bertolini
