Great hotel
Reviewed By Chucks UStayed at this hotel twice during my trip. My flight came in by 3.15am, so collected my luggage and passed through customs and immigration. Got into my car and left the airport by 5.15am to my hotel. On arrival the staff was waiting for me, and I was checked in swiftly an shown my room. Constant electric, helpful staff. I even left my phone in my room when I checked out, but they kept the phone safely for me as I was coming back in a few days.

Reviewed By Chidinma DOn the 15th of January 2019 at about 10:58pm i visited Benny hotel with the intention of seeing my boyfriend who was expecting me and was to leave for Germany the next day. i met a young man at the reception i told him i was going to ROOM 201 to see xxxx he said there was nobody like that so i mentioned his other name then he said we have two of that name on our system and the guest in that room is not around. meanwhile as that was going on i was calling him on the phone unfortunately for me he was sleeping, i finally saw a lady who i usually see in the reception i asked if she recognized me she denied so i told her that i'm here to see xxx room 201 she said i should call him i told her that i was doing that already did that i needed her to call his room went as far showing his picture to her she refused. its was so late i couldn't drive back home i had to get a room, 10mins after he woke up saw my messages came down and when i confronted them the bluntly ignored me. i have never been that humiliated the next day was going to leave for work was already running late the front desk lady asked the security not to open the gate. cut long story shout i had a terrible experience with the front desk lady and guy. this is just one of many experiences i have had with the staff of Benny hotel

Mediocre but expensive
Reviewed By Ifeoma OI occupied a standard room for two nights. The sheets where unclean and the floor full of hair and dirt. Showering meant mostly cold showers and the advertised WiFi didn’t work once in the entire stay I was there. The door had a huge hole below and the service was mediocre. This would be acceptable for a lower price but not for 10.000 Nira per night.

Reviewed By abuehjTheir hotel manager Gabriel Odiba is the worst!! Booked for my wedding(informed them) and it was the worst experience ever! Paid for Ambassadorial and i was informed on my trad day(same day i was to check in) that they only have Royale finally agreed and asked for a refund, got to the hotel for check-in and ask for the refund and was given Ambassadorial Suite....changed my room again without my consent...WTF They Complained over stained floor bathroom towel (its a floor towel) I complained over dirty room and soakaway smelling bathroom for a room over 45k and they said the smell wasn't bad....Aaah! The dirty room...their reply was staff said he cleaned it...duh r u blind....dey hv a very useless answer for everything. Service is 0%
