Vilket trevligt ställe - från början till slut. När vi kommer är lyktor och marschaller tända från parkeringen och leder oss in i det ombonade huset. Vi erbjuds ett glas champagne i väntan på maten. Menyn är välkomponerad, rätternas storlek väl avvägda så man skall orka igenom hela menyn utan att bli övermätt. Ett par smårätter utöver menyn överraskar och känns generöst. Valet av råvaror är väl genomtänkt utan att bli pretentiöst. Rätterna presenteras på ett trevligt sätt. Det tillhörande dryckespaketet är väl genomtänkt, vilket även gäller de alkoholfria alternativen. Det enda tveksamma valet var det röda alkoholfria vinet som påminde mer om svartvinbärssaft än vin - men rött alkoholfritt är verkligen svårt. Kanske en alkoholfri öl hade varit en bättre kombo till den rätter? Men detta är verkligen en parantes - för allt annat var strålande. Ett extra plus för ett trevligt WC med fågelkvitter och kvalitetstvål - detta är beviset på att man här månar om helhetsupplevelse. Mer än så behöver inte skrivas - boka bord om du är intresserad av mat och dryck, du blir inte besviken.

Usually English pub food is oily n heavy. But this restaurant is filled with guest. We visited lunch just dropped in and pleased the food quality. The Finnish lady-cook works from 6 in the morning making all the food in natural ingradience without fabricated chemical products, which gives you the real good taste. Her food reminds me god old time of Sweden like grandma's. Lots of food as fish n meat with big salad. And the bread is fine too. 90 kr for lunch. The fantastic apple pie with vanilla cream included.

Dalasalen is a buffet restaurant that cater for 100s of visitors every day, yet, the food is always fresh, and very good. The venue itself is an interesting setting, of what used to be the officers restaurant when the area was a military base (now closed down and rejuvenated to a business estate). Recommended for a quality fast lunch, without fuss.

I booked our lunch table for five well in advance. The restaurant demanded that we choose our menus at time of reservation which was a bit difficult for me to organise not wanting to send around menus to my guests at the lunch. Instead, I ordered two fish, two steaks and a hamburger for the child. All of us where very satisfied with everything. The service was impeccable, so also the food.Tack för din recension! Vid affärslunch eller som i ert fall examenslunch behöver vi ha förbeställning på maten då vi öppnar upp restaurangen för er. Våra ordinarie öppettider är endast kvällar. Nice and cozy atmosphere in this beautiful brasserie in Falun. Staff was smiling and polite throughout the night. We had a really nice dinner, good local dished and ood beer. Prices were good for the food and service ordered and I would definitely visit Banken again if i had stayed in Falun for more than one day.
