The worst Indian take away we have ever had! The meal arrived in 15mins which set alarm bells ringing. Both me and my wife had chicken tikka Madras, I'm not exaggerating but it taste just like burnt diesel, the chicken was also processed and slimey, after not being able to eat my dinner I did a little research on the Indian and found not only they are an Indian / pizza takeaway they have a food hygiene rating of one star, anything less they would be closed down! This place is DISGUSTING DON'T waste your money!!

I mistakingly ordered from here to Braintree through hungry house. I was however surprised that order arrived just after predicted time and was complete. The samosa rice Bombay aloo and popadums were good. Peswari naan seemed under cooked and the Korma was very bland and pale. Chicken was nice but the curry sauce was awful.

Have had a couple of takeaways delivered from here via hungry house. Very pleased with the food, a step up from our local takeaway. Great tasting food, and a good range on their menu. Can recommend, which is something I rarely do.

I don't know how it's happened, but this place has gone downhill. Ordered a Lamb Naga Johl and bits and pieces for home delivery tonight. Total order was less than £13.50 (minimum home delivery charge) so I was offered a free side dish. So I ordered a mushroom bhaji. When the delivery lady turned up she gave me a bill for £16 odds. So I phoned the place to complain and to be fair to them they immediately said just pay the £13.50. I then found out that the Naga Johl (which I've ordered many times before from Spice Venue) was basically strips of obviously lamb tikka that had been doused in some hot sauce and tasted horrible. Whatever has happened here, they need to get their act together again because it used to be very good and tonight it was very poor, and I will think twice about ever ordering from there again.

The greasiest food i have ever had. Ordered a number of lamb dishes. Only 1 was really upto scratch. Ordered online took over an hour. Saag aloo was really aloo with a strand of saag. Shame guess need to keep looking
