This is a must visit place to eat in Blackpool. Food is delicious, staff are exceptional and they cater fantastic for gluten free. I was also particularly impressed with how mature the kids menu is. My family and I will definitely eat there again.

We were looking for a nice restaurant while in Blackpool for my husbands birthday. we didn't want a 'chain' experience. Hauze ticks all the boxes.The decor is classy and relaxed, the welcome warm and service good. My husband had the beef stroganoff with mash and I had the mushroom stroganoff with rice. Both were tasty and delicious. We couldn't decide which pudding to go for, so I had the chocolate fondant and he had the panna cotta. Again both were delicious. Bill was very reasonable, would highly recommend.

GREAT FOOD IN BLACKPOOL - WHAT A FIND!If you are looking for the usual Blackpool deep fried muck - this place is not for you.If you are looking for great food, great value and a decent wine list you have to try this place.We have been four times and can recommend it without reserve.Try:Catfish - possible the best I have hadSea Bass - lovely!Sweet cold soup (starter). OK sounds strange but it is great! They tell me many people choose it as a sweet.Goulash soupHungarian fizz There is also a nice Hungarian white (cannot remember the name) which is very easy drinking so be warned!!A tubular Hungarian cake that is a cross between brioche, bread and cake - I could eat it all day.The people that own and run it are lovely (family run) and cannot do enough for you.We are fussy eaters and pescetarian, there was still a lot we could eat - the meat dishes leaving the kitchen looked great too.It is upstairs so you have to look and they close on Tuesdays so don't go then (we did :()We will go back again and againDear Andrew, I am so glad to read beautiful reviews like yours. Really nice staff here in this restaurant - ambient and lovely lighting - not too many tables and not too noisy when all the tables are full. Good views of the queuing traffic visiting the Blackpool illuminations. We had 3 starters and 3 mains and a Baileys coffee and the bill was £81. Very reasonable for the attentive silver service - the prawn cocktails are to die for but unfortunately the chicken was chewy and overcooked (I didn't complain as I wanted to eat at the same time as everyone else).
