Came here with family pre a couple of appointments recently. couldn't fault the service or food, but it is a chain, so it's just pizza!

We rolled up to India, it seemed. Two elephants, (later floodlit) graced the drive, as did palm trees and a Buddha. The modern hotel building stood incongruously next to the Osteria Chartwell, a period timber framed building and the whole impression conveyed oddness. The Osteria was staffed by friendly, yet Manuel-type beings, who were very anxious to please, but the speed of service was rapid indeed, (the main course arriving IMMEDIATELY after the starter) Having said all this, the food was really very good indeed. Starters were lovely, portion sizes were perfect and my sea bass was one of the best Iâve ever eaten. This is a very good place to eat if you can ignore the incongruity of your surroundings. As for the staff- they are really very sweet!

Amazing service from both members serving. I came at 18:00 the food was outstanding. The highest compliments go to the two members of staff Mia and shena who were quick and very polite. Look forward to returning and hope for the same quality of food an service

....and in for a Pizza. We really enjoyed Pizza Uno; a first time visit and not disappointed. Excellent customer skills in meet, greet and on-time 'I've been all day in London and I'm parched' drinks service.Good starters, good ingredients. New chef didn't pass muster on my pizza and on service (and unsolicited), the owner / waiter took it back and had it re-cooked. Good service, good humour. Italian flavours, fresh ingredients backed up with cool beers and italian country wines. The ambience is not themed or designed by a design house but it's honest and it works. Why go to a chain when this is on your doorstep. Uno Unique :)

Went here for early pre theatre dinner and found it quite but very atmosphere. Staff were very pleasant and ordered straight away. The drinks, starters came very quickly but when the mains arrived they got the order wrong. They offered to make the missing dish but as we were pressed for time we went with what they had served. The waitress immediately said that there would be no charge for that meal and then didnât charge for the coffee. Great customer service. Would come here again.

We really should come here more often. With other eateries having chosen to close in Sevenoaks this really is the only âno chainâ restaurant left. I wonder why??A warm welcome...real Italian hospitality...great wine...fabulous food (oh my goodness those tomatoes are so good!)...desert (because you have to) and coffee to finish. Never rushed and such good value.A really great meal. Enough said.

Luckily for us the van parks at the end of our road on a Monday night. We tried the Hawaiian and was far from disappointed. Cooked super quickly, a great size, good value and most importantly a delicious pizza. Iâm hungry thinking about it now. If you havenât tried them, do!

Lovely restaurant, had the calzone with a few added extras and it was delicious, family had a mix of pasta and pizza, all of which was top notch. Nice relaxed atmosphere, and definitely worth a visit for anyone who enjoys delicious Italian food.

I had a recommendation from another restaurant to come here.Saturday lunch here was very pleasant indeed-interesting menu, great wine listI opted for crab to start- all fresh naturally- prawns to end. All excellent-good portions and well presented Definitely deserves a return visit soon!

A regular "pit-stop" for an excellent coffee mid-morning to recover from shopping trauma - outdoor covered and heated seating area - I consider this a vital asset as I can restore my nicotine level.Moving on: a good and varied menu for a light lunch - look for Specials - poached eggs on a spinach base my favourite. Friendly and attentive service.
