Good reputation but had briefly closed as owner retiring- since reopened under new management . Still popular but on our last visit I felt only average fare.Freshly cooked to order with other choices ( salad etc) instead of chips available.

The Mallard is the bar on site at Westwood Lakes, the bar staff are very friendly and welcoming, a great place to meet up and make new friends talking about your days adventures.You must try a piece of their fresh cakes available on site daily you won't be disappointed.

The staff are very friendly and provide a great service. The food is well priced and better than what is to be expected from a cafe. Sitting near the window allows guests to look out onto the market square. Rumblin Tums is situated in a good area and it is possible to eat outside should you wish. If the weather was better we would have sat outside, the kitchen extraction system does not appear to be working and the whole restaurant fills with smoke and this makes your eyes sting. Great place to eat but avoid it until it is smoke free.Hi thank you for your comments we are working on the smoke issue but unfortunately is a landlord thing and out of our hands

Was anticipating going to the Weatherspoons for breakfast but a chance conversation with a lovely lady running a flower stall on the market changed our mind. She highly recommended Crumbs in Dolphin Lane as the best breakfast in Boston.As a family of four adults we all the the Lincolnshire breakfast which was great quality produce, fantastic value for money and perfectly cooked. We could not have asked for better. The venue is clean and well presented and the staff are amazing. The two ladies working Saturday morning on the 21st June were so friendly and amazing cooks.Would recommend to all and definitely visit when we are next in Boston. This is the most astounding environment to eat in, a fascinating old building, where oneâs surrounded by amazing artefacts. We often take friends and family here and everyone always finds it interesting but in addition the food is fabulous. Weâve never been disappointed or had a bad time here. Thereâs a great selection of light lunchtime sandwiches/panini/jackets, etc plus a handful of more substantial dishes. Cakes and dessert portions are huge. Everything comes very nicely presented and nothingâs too pricey, especially given the portion size and extras included like side salad. This is definitely not a fast food outlet and often thereâs a bit of a wait for drinks/food to arrive but the service is pleasant enough - sit back, relax, chat and enjoy the experience!!

We stopped off for lunch on our way to holiday in Mablethorpe. It was a relaxed comfortable little cafe with lots of reasonabley priced craft and artwork on display.The food was delicious and we felt totally refueled and refreshed. My only little criticism is that it was quite a while before we got our food, but there were quite a lot of customers and it didn't spoil the experience.

Went along to their Vegan Night last night. Had full roast dinner, (including vegan Yorkshire puddings), and 3 very delicious desserts - Pavlova, Lemon Meringue and Cheesecake!!!The restaurant was packed. The atmosphere was really lovely, the staff very friendly and attentive.Can't wait to visit again. Would highly recommend.

Very good Italian style coffee. We had a Panini with ham, haloumi and chutney. Very good. Chai late and hot chocolate also great. Good atmosphere as this is the place locals go for real coffee!
