Tried it once and never again. Convenient only for its proximity to the station but like many others found it sadly wanting. We went in and ordered a not uncomplicated variety of dishes and whilst the counter service was acceptable it was more than apparent that the logistics of the take away service was abysmal putting more stress upon the counter staff.Our food arrived in a timely manner but we did have to think that it was at the expense of the take away service.The food was palatable but the rice was almost cold and the portions meagre whilst the cost in excess of the quality. I would certainly not use the take away service and would think twice about returning. Not often I offer a negative review but felt on this occasion more than justified and can only hope that reviews such as this encourage an increase in standards.

Love Andover Tandoori, but the last two orders have not been up to their normal standard. The last order was over 90 minutes late for delivery, and tonight every dish was way too overspiced - I love hot food, but not like tonight's offering. Hopefully only because the holiday season has overstretched them

Lovely little restaurant, run by a lady and family. Amazing food with lovely customer service. Never had a bad meal there! My husband does not like Indian food usually but can always find something or the owner will make something special for him - totally would recommend this restaurant - 'Thankyou' for looking after us!

We visited as a party 0f 5 and found the Chillis to be just what we wanted. Discreet service, but always there when we wanted, no waiting, good food, some new dishes besides all the usuals, and good value for money . . a lovely evening.

Order from here every time i am in Andover. They can customise any dish. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is always piping hot and of a very good quality. Not swimming in oil too. Highly recommend the salmon tikka starter and the hari mirch chefs special. I am from the curry capital (bradford) and can say without a doubt this place is one of the tastiest currys i have had! Keep up the great work.

Sunday evening, only another table of three dining.We ordered a bottle of merlot, a shared lamb chop starter, good flavours and well cooked. Mains were fish massala which we shared first as it had a very subtle flavour, followed by the hundi ghost which was delicious.

I arrived for lunch 5 minutes after closing....no patrons inside, but the door was open. After explaining that I had driven a ways, and was visiting from California based on recommendation from Trip Advisor, the host/waiter could see my disappointment, and went upstairs to ask the cook if he could still serve me. Lucky me, the answer was yes. Altho the ovens were off (no naan) the stove was available and the cook whipped up a chicken biryani that was amazing. Great food and over the top customer service!
