Reviewed By RajeshR1729The rooms are clean and comfortable moreover located in prime area with nice sea view. We were there for long weekend to enjoy the Saudi National Day. It was amazingly prime spot to witness Saudi National Day Air Show . It took unbelievably longggeeerrrr time to check-in, staffs are friendly but absolutely slow (especially the front desk) either due to lack of knowledge/procedure or laziness.

It's not a resort, it's barely a low accomodations motel
Reviewed By khodor s1 - they delayed my check in for 3 hours 2- after checkin the room floor was derty and there was an old towel and no new towels so we had the clean it again 3- the breakfast was a disaster only onr person doing the omelet and no one is helping to clean thr tables and the buffet didnt have anything good 3- if your searching for a place to relax or a city getaway this is not the place at all there was kids yelling everywhere the area around the pool is derty and not organized and the beach was like a public beach actually it's even better to go to a public instead 4- the lights in the whole resort is lowwww it's like your in a the middle of the desert not only in the room i mean in the exterior part 5- lots of noises, one example they were cutting the grass at 8 am with a huge machine it's like you have a bulldozer outside the window 6- we asked for a hair dryer 5 times and no one get it 8- very far from any restaurant in the area so your stuck with their food Wich is very bad no test at all And so much more so in the end i reduced my atay for 1 day only we couldn't stay any longer. If you only want the kids to have fun and play okay this might be a good place but as a resort to relax this is definitely not the place

I booked a suite with two floor it was big and convenient Especially the bedrooms have a balcony overlooking the garden and also the living room down all the walls has a view to the garden and also there a kitchen that you can cook your meals there. out side there a football and volleyball play ground and a children's play area. the beach is near and also there a very good restaurant.

Reviewed By ghada_alhumaidanI booked a suite for 3 nights through their website and They called me twice to confirm. When I arrived i was surprised that my reservation was cancelled!! For no reason!! After 30 minutes of discussions They gave me an upgrade. The beach is dirty and the check out took forever eventhough there were 3 receptionist on the desk

Disappointing
Reviewed By Kym GThe only 2 positive aspects of our 3 night stay were the private pool and the breakfast. The pool was clean and well maintained and provided our family with a lot of fun. The breakfast was simple but tasty and the staff was very accommodating. We ended up staying in the 3rd chalet they showed us. The 1st one reeked of sewage in the pool area. The second one was heavily perfumed and when we returned from dinner we realized because they were trying to mask the heavy smoke smell. The 3rd chalet was clean and without odor so we stayed. The furnishing were old and in poor repair. The night table was missing back legs and the drawers fell out when we tried to open them. The kitchen had 1 pot, 4 plates, a few forks, a dull knife, 2 glasses, a kettle, and 2 coffee flasks. We had to buy our own things to be able to even cut up an apple. There were no towels or tissue. Again, we had to go buy our own. The sheets weren’t the right size for the king sized bed and kept coming off. The single blanket/comforter was also for a smaller bed. We arrived Saturday and left Tuesday and there was not a single visit by housekeeping. We tried to get a garbage bag but couldn’t. None of the water facilities outside of the private pool were open. The grounds were littered and in ill repair. For 800sar per night this was a very disappointing stay and we would not recommend it to anyone.

Reviewed By Razaq_85will not recommend it at all, if i can put less than zero ill put -10 out of 5. Swimming pool, no towel, if u ask they said bring the one in your room. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. Worst place ever!!! Waste of money and time.

Reviewed By TAIN2013The hotel is located far from the city on the half moon bay beach giving it exclusivity and privacy. Apart from normal rooms, you can also rent villas and cottages. The hotel has its own private beach and also offers boating excursions. Rooms are a bit dated but the location and the views more than make up for it.

Horrible management!

I know how to compare hotels and resorts based on the location. But this place is by far the worst of any experience. We arrived, large group, and had to wait for 2 hours to get into a replacement. Their manager was the worst hotel establishment manager I have come across. Just to sum up what he said: “You guys have two options: one to take the other villa we offer and the second option is that if someone doesn’t like what they see they can leave!” He accused us of trying to take an advantage of the situation to get out with a free stay! Never go there as you can find much better places with much better services.
