We had a pizza and a calozoni with chips. Both well presented and hot! Filling and of course tasty! The meals took quite a while to come but the waiter apologised for this. We both agreed we would recommend this restaurant due to the food and cleanliness.

The curb appeal is not the greatest, so upon entering I was very surprised, nice clean minimal decor. We chose the early bird special and the food was lovely, fresh and enjoyable. My kids loved it as well and they are 5 & 8. Only negative if I had to give one would be they ran out of a few dishes. Overall a decent place to eat

10 girls descended on The Braes for a friends hen party. Food was amazing & cocktail making a great addition! Special thanks to David & Declan for their great service! Particularly Declan who confidently strutted about with his hen attire & starred in many photos! The bride to be had a fab night as did the rest of us! Thanks, Amy’s Angels x

We popped in for coffee and cake o e afternoon and followed up with a lunchtime visit for baked potatoes. On both occasions it was very good and worth the money. I suspect the late opening will prove a hit in a small town.

This is a pretty good restaurant for those days that you don’t require fine dining but don’t want to cook! You can choose between the funky, American-themed section on the first floor, or the Italian place below. The American section offers burgers, nachos, mac n cheese, pizza and a variety of sandwiches. They have a full bar, play 70s music, and usually have a live band on Saturday nights.

Like perfect chocolate? Then stop off here. The hand made chocolates are exquisite, especially the chilli and lime!! The chocolate drinks selection is awesome and made very well.

I have had a few recommendations for this place so finally decided to stop. Have to say that the owner is very rude and unwelcoming, the rest of the staff were nice and pleasant. Food was standard cafe quality at decent prices. The owner created a horrible atmosphere and we fled as soon as possible. To be fair everyone has a bad day so maybe this was hers!
