Worst hotel. Become sick
Reviewed By visuvamThe hotel is like a low cost lodge. No breakfast. No dinner... Rooms are not maintained. Oops the toilets are not cleaned for many years. Mosquitoes suck daily 50ml blood. Ac not working. No power backup.... totally no one can stay here....

The hotel, now at the same location boasts of 10 exquisite and spacious rooms makes it a delightful stay for the business and family travelers. The hotel is well maintained and well serviced 24*7. It is centrally located from prime business and tourist locations like Maithon, Coal Mines and Bokaro etc. all under 45 minutes. The airport is less than 10Km away and the hotel provides free pickup and drop from Dhanbad station and airport pickup service*. Rooms are fitted with comfortable king sized beds, fully air-conditioned , with free Wi-Fi and 24 hour service.

Reviewed By LikeToTravel79This hotel was selected based on reviews available on net. The hotel was very nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. Bathroom fitted with Jaguar fittings with 24hour geyser. Hotel is located very near to NH 19. The dinner ordered was provided at room at no extra cost. Quality of food was excellent. Overall it was a God stay. Recommended for travellers visiting Dhanbad.

Reviewed By RAVIR1694Hotel staff are not good.we booked hotel through goibibo who is channel partner with oyo.After booking lady manager denied to provide the room even after confirm booking. After two hour discussion we shift from hotel delight to hotel bala jee.

At the time of checking out, they don't give any confirmation of payment, don't ask you to sign anywhere, etc. It's all 'black money; that they are taking in cash without receipts. 2) I had a 2-day stay and electricity went off all the time. They give excuses that maintenance work going on. Even the generator takes time to start. 3) The WIFI service is pathetic. Forget if you have any important work. Get your own data. 4) AC not working, the room door lock is broken, bathroom lock not there, sanitizer over 5) No discount even after such poor service. Just INR 200 discount after negotiating for half an hour. PLS AVOID!
