Place have some great views It’s about 50kms From Dhanbad city usually takes around 1 hour to reach. It’s a one time visit point with literally no decent eating places you will only find small road side huts types stores selling Pakoras Chips Cold drinks so plan accordingly.

Shakti Mandir is located in the centre of Dhanbad town.It is dedicated to Goddess Durga who is also known as Goddess of Shakti.So the name of the mandir is given by the devotees. It is located in Joraphatak road, Dhanbad. There is a akhand jyoti in the mandir which is brought from the Vaishno Devi. The devotees regualrly perform, bhajanas, jagrans and kirtans .The environment of the temple is very peaceful.

The fall is situated in the lap of the nature near Munidih.There is no public transport facility is available,so one can come here by own means of transport.It is a nice place
where only drinking water facility is available for those who come here.No any shops are available here.The best season to come here is December and January.

Topchanchi Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the smallest sanctuaries situated near NH-2 in Topchachi ,Dhanbad . There are some endangered wildlife species present in the sanctuary are jungle cat, cheetal, Barking deer, wild boar, mongoose, langur, jackal, fox and wild dogs are few common mammalian species .Topchanchi Wildlife Sanctuary is a bird watchers paradise and well known site for the flow of migratory birds. Bird lovers will find some of the best bird species in this sanctuary such as pochards, red crested pochards and coots. Topchanchi sanctuary provides significant shelter for the resident birds that include bronze winged jacanas, pond herons, egrets, swamp partridges, etc.
