Extremely stressful is an understatement. But the hotel helped so much.
Reviewed By Dec CLiked · in dealing with an extremely critical and difficult problem that unexpectedly happened, the staff (2) excelled themselves, way more than they needed to. and were always unfailingly helpful Rooms adequate, but spacious. no outlook. No restaurants, and little in the way of restaurant and bars nearby: in fact we went hunting for them with little success. But actually not too far from the centre. Disliked · real soap in bathroom, instead of stupid small sachets, that i cannot read and can never open despite strenuous attempts.

Cheap and ok
Reviewed By JoonaPaataloStayed for one night when passing by the city with a motorbike. All necessities (wifi, AC, hot water etc.) working, but room wasn’t too clean and nothing of a fancy. But that’s perfectly fine for an accommodation of 100.000vnd / 2 people! Had to ask for toilet paper and second towel, but the host family is nice and helpful. Safe parking inside the building. BTW, this is not the real location, check it out from Google or booking.com!

Bazan Xanh Hotel is located in the heart of Buon Ma Thuot City. Less than 7km from Buon Ma Thuot Airport, about 15 minutes by taxi. From Bazan Green Hotel to the Trade Center such as CoopMart, VinaTex, Metro, Buon Ma Thuot Market about 1km very convenient for customers to visit and shopping specialties of the Central Highlands.

Reviewed By tutti cl'hôtel se situe à 1,5 km du centre ville. Dans une petite rue calme. Autour il y a de nombreux cafés, pas de restaurants et pas de commerces A l'accueil le personnel est aimable mais parle très peu anglais. Oui peut vouloir dire non. L'hôtel n'est pas propre. Il n'est pas adapté pour les touristes. La chambre, pas propre non plus, est grande avec une armoire penderie, un long bureau, un réfrigérateur, un support de valise et un petit canapé. Les chambres sont mal isolées, la climatisation manque de puissance et la Wifi est très faible. Il y a une seule prise de courant près de la tête de lit mais aucune près du long bureau. Il y a une grande baie vitrée mais pas d'ouverture. La salle de bains est sale et possède une paroi en verre pour la douche. Un petit ménage est fait tous les jours. Le service du petit déjeuner est aléatoire et conditionné par la présence d'un groupe.

New Hotel with Lots of Problems for the Traveler
Reviewed By FeenixwestAttractive lobby and elevator and clean. Room stark white with no pictures on the wall. Swish bathroom with open shower right in the middle and highly slippery floors when wet. Dangerous just trying to get to the toilet for a couple hours. In addition, a pipe in the wall about 2” off the floor dripped constantly adding to the wet floor problems. Receptionist did not have good English which made it difficult finding a restaurant we could walk to in the neighborhood. Instead she handed us a sheet with a whole list of restaurants but no information on how far from the hotel. She also did not know where bus stop was for getting to Yok Don National Park where one can go observe and track wild elephants in the park so we ended up paying a lot of money for car and driver. Breakfast we ordered the first day was not prepared in time. Receptionist apologized and was always pleasant. Wish I could have written a better review but maybe hotel can make some corrections.

Very good value for money
Reviewed By bunakenhansFriendly welcome and very quiet location. Garden view from the room. Helpful staff - The rooms are clean and big. There is a nice restaurant in a great green area. The receptionist spoke english relatively well I felt very comfortable there and I will come back as soon as possible.
