nice bar was good craic - good for groups of people on hen/stag partys . was there in august for my hen and we had a great night the bar is nice and big, music was good and was no hassle getting a drink didnt have to que up for long- defo reccommend

Called in here for a late takeaway while in Donegal recently and with little expectation of good food. I was delighted to be served with an excellent portion of cod and chips.

This cafe is actually located in the village of Dunkineely about 10 miles west of Donegal Town on the N56. Great place for any meal of the day, but especially for breakfast or lunch. Food is well prepared and equally well priced. Excellent value. The service is friendly and efficient. One may either sit to be served or order takeout at the counter. Excellent place to stop along the Wild Atlantic Way.

Glencolumcille isn't exactly overrun with options for eating out, so I was happy to see Benny's appear last year and happier still to find that they're still in business. But it's no surprise. This isn't the healthiest food around, but it's delicious and fast, and you get fairly big portions for your money. The fish is superb, but I also love their sausages.Benny's accepts orders by phone. If you can, call ahead to save yourself some time. You can find hard copies of their menu around town or view it online on their Facebook page. They always seem to be busy when I go by, but they work hard to bang out the orders and they've always got a friendly word for everyone.This isn't the kind of food you can eat often but it's a lovely treat and a must try when in Glencolumcille.

We arrived to Slieve League B&B around 9pm and Kenneth advised this place may be opened. We ordered the bacon/cheese chips, a burger, chicken gougons, chicken bites and was delicious! Recommend. Thank you so much for your great review. We really appreciate it.

Mellys was Opened in 1956 and is still run by the same family. You can sit in and take in the beautiful view of the large fishing port and watch the world go by. Mellys has a friendly relaxed atmosphere. Full Take away menu also available.

Melly's was recommended to us for dinner when we stayed at the Seawinds B & B. It was a great find! We enjoyed a wonderful meal of fish and chips. Nothing more, nothing less. Don't go to Melly's for the ambiance, but go for great, fresh seafood. You will not be disappointed.
