Great location with nice music and good food.....but terrible service!!
Reviewed By Companion272178Rarely in my life I’ve found places where you can have 2 extreme opposite experiences in the same place. The location is great, the terrace on top with the breeze of sea at night it’s refreshing in the hot and humid city, the menu’ and the grill are really delicious and prices are fair for the food and quite convenient for the rooms. The owner tried his best to keep the level high and was quite friendly. So why every single time I’ve managed to get frustrated after every single service , either breakfast or dinner?? The worst service ever in my life, especially the waitress in the morning, she managed to made mistake with my simple order for 6 days in a row, despite I was ordering always the same things and every time I was trying to explain her what was wrong....hopeless. I want to believe it’s partially due to the fact they don’t understand English.....but it’s hard to believe after repeating the same mistakes 5/6 times.
