Affordable choice in Kitwe
Reviewed By davestlyHotels are expensive in Kitwe. Pamo Hotel is a cheaper option. In its favour, the room I had was good, large, clean with a good bed. It had a decent shower and was pretty quiet. The wifi was poor/intermittent. It is difficult to make the room completely dark at night because of the lights outside and one wall being glass. Food at the bar/restaurant was good if you like Indian (I do). Breakfast (English fried) was also pretty good. There is secure parking in the hotel compound. There is a small pool, but it did not look clean.

Reviewed By Timothy NI always stay at Cappucino’s Lodge when I am traveling to Zambia. Great quaint quiet place. The staff are very helpful and gracious. The rooms are nice. The food is very good. I will be back next month. You should go to this place. Not too easy to find but well worth finding.

Traveler friendly and excellent value for money
Reviewed By mariusl414I booked a double room for 3 days for me and my dad prior to our trip on the TAZARA. The beds where comfortable and the room was clean. I stayed in other places in Ndola before but this one provided the best value for money by far. It was cloudy and cool so we didn't swim but the pool was clear and sparkly and looked great. They also have a fully stocked bar and restaurant. The town, mall and restaurants are within walking distance. The bus stop for the bus to take us to Kapiri Mposhi is just around the corner. Deffinitely a traveler friendly lodge.

Good facilities, but not a good location
Reviewed By NatashaLegacyThe place is clean, staff are friendly. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, had air conditioning and hot water for the shower. The free WiFi also has decent speed. Unfortunately the place is located by the roadside, a route that is used by trucks, each time a truck hit a pothole, the sound was loud and frightening. It was hard to get good sleep with such constant disturbances. The breakfast was brought to my room, but didn't enjoy it, wasn't well prepared. Another downside was that the telephone in the room wasn't connected, so I had to keep going down the stairs of I needed help with anything.

Ayana is a comfortable guest house located in a peaceful residential area of Mufulira. There are three (3) rooms available, two (2) of which are a standard room with a double bed and the third room is a deluxe room with a double bed. The rooms are en-suite and are equipped; with a mini fridge, mosquito net, fan, heater and tea/coffee making facilities. The lounge is available to our guests where they can sit and watch TV. Breakfast is prepared upon request,and the cafe and bar can be used where the guests can have a light meal and enjoy a drink.
Excellent and good value for money
Reviewed By muligraI and my family stayed at Ayana while in Mufulira for a swimming gala. I contacted Ursula in desperate need for accommodation during a very busy weekend for hotels in Mufulira. Everything was booked. Ursula was very helpful and gave us a cottage to stay. She met us in town and we drove in convoy to the cottage. When she showed us around, it was exactly what what we needed fora family of 5. It was clean, spacious and way wwithin our budget. It was very quiet and the breakfast was excellent, huge portions and of good quality.. I forgot my purse in the room and had not noticed that yet, after a week I received a message asking for for a P.O. Box, and she put it in the post for me. What an amazing place by amazing people.!!
