Great concept that could be improved
Reviewed By Daoda2Certainly the nicest hotel in the area and much better than staying in Ciudad Valles. You're out in the countryside, so it has bugs and it's not luxurious, but still very comfortable and a unique experience. The (very) young staff was enthuiastic and eager to please, if not always super competent. That said, the food (breakfast and dinner are included in the price) was disappointing. Not particularly good and child-sized portions. You felt like Oliver Twist asking for more just to get enough to feel at least partly full. The hot water in the room didn't really work (it was at best tepid) and I was told it would be fixed but it wasn't. Beds rather hard, but again, it's not trying to be the Four Seasons.

Reviewed By BLL1212Estuvimos hospedados 3 noches, nos toco una habitación muy amplia en el último piso. Por comodidad es buena opción, esta cerca de todo y las habitaciones muy higiénicas. El ambiente muy tranquilo, en el cuarto no se escuchaba casi ruido. Durante el día no estuvimos en el cuarto pues salimos a los tours. Regresaremos en nuestra siguiente visita a la Huasteca.

Sin agua, sin solución.
Reviewed By jgarzajEn mi último día de estancia no había agua. En recepción, la solución que me dieron fue:no podemos ayudarle. Ya cuando salí me dijeron que ya lo habían solucionado cuando me habían tratado muy mal. Las habitaciones están sencillas. Yo no lo recomiendo.

Hotel limpio sencillo básico para descansar
Reviewed By JLuisMLa reservación fue rapida y sin problema, el Sr Miguel atento en todo momento nos recibió. Las habitaciones limpias, cuenta con tv con cable, wifi, A/C las herramientas necesarias para descansar despues de explorar. El detalle el colchon un poco duro a mi parecer y las almohadas super delgadas por lo cual batalle para dormir a gusto. Se escucha mucho el ruido del pasillo.
