My son has a job in the Cayman Islands. We wanted to at least send him a birthday cake. Icoa has beautiful cakes with a variety of choices. We sent my son the Opera Cake - he loved it! Several mornings we walked down the street to have breakfast at Eats! Our hotel was sooo expensive. Eats has all you want for breakfast and prices are so very reasonable and all so delicious. So many choices! Food and service were excellent each visit. Highly recommend!

Itâs hard to eat healthy food while on vacation, but you can enjoy your food and feel good about eating here! The smoothies are freshly made right in front of you. The menu is divided into type such as berry, milk-based, superfoods etc. They also have freshly squeezed juices and outstanding coffee. The food is unique and fresh. Standouts include âlife changing nut and seed breadâ with steamed eggs and avocado, a fabulous breakfast salad bowl, and numerous other wraps and bowls made fresh from local ingredients. They also have gluten free pastry treats and truffles. Basically, this place is a staple for breakfast and lunch that quickly becomes part of your life! Not to be missed in Camana Bay.
