Everything is perfect: the location of the hotel, the food, the staff, the beautiful beach and the variety of programs. There is cleanliness throughout the hotel. Managers and staff are very professional and helpful. . Special thanks also to Mr. Tayfun, who was always helpful, respectful and courteous towards us in the lobby bar. Thank you again for this unforgettable holiday and we will definitely be back.

Good value hotel
Reviewed By andreadavies36I'll start with the staff and the service they provide which is excellent. Drinks are served immediately, tables are found if it's busy. Reception staff are helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily, beds made, towels changed. Can't praise the staff enough. There are 2 outdoor pools, one has a slide which is never operating and the pool is unheated. The other pool is lovely and a good temperature. The indoor pool does't look like it's been opened in a very long time. I didn't try the spa facilities but they looked good. Our room had a balcony and seaview and was spacious. Downpoints are no kettle or tea and coffee or cups and not even a glass for a drink of water. There is a fridge which is stocked daily with bottled water. The food. Was never there for lunch. Breakfast was good but only fresh fruit are oranges and apples. All the rest is tinned. But lots of other things to try. Dinner was good. Fresh salads and herbs were there in abundance. Pastas, chips, sometimes fish which was superb. Stews, rice. Fresh bread. Fabulous hummous. I'm sure everyone would find something to enjoy at dinner. We went out every day. Jeep trip into the taurus mountains was brilliant with Idan. Took a taxi to Goyuk Canyon where you can walk, swim, zip wire. Taxi about £20 return and he waited for us for 3.5 hours. Took a bus to Kemer the no 8 which was fine and taxi back is around £5. Antalya old town was another lovely day out. Only tour we didn't enjoy was Maxwell Tours on a boat. Expensive and most people on the boat thought they were going on a different trip! I suspect they sell tickets and simply put everyone on the boat regardless of where they think they're going, All in all I would recommend the hotel as good value for money and superb staff.

The location is amazing it is close to the beach, literally a 4 minute walk and close to so many excursions, we got picked up last and dropped off first! The hotel itself is also amazing, clean rooms with relaxing balconies, amazing food with so much variety, decent sized pool brilliant to relax by and what can I even say about the staff? Pine house hotel felt more like a home from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Friendly greetings from Ferhat, Emrah and all the staff at meal times and returning from excursions, plenty of laughs and entertainment, oh the entertainment! Fire dancing, bingo night and so much more lead by the most charismatic trio I have ever met, Enzo, Eros and Emilio are a fantastic entertainment team, definitely enhanced the whole trip. Thank you to Pine house hotel and all staff for making my stay and my friend’s stay simply magical. We are already planning to come back soon!!

It consists of 5-star Hotel, First Class Holiday Village and Luxury Villas. In Simena Hotel there are Volleyball and Basketball and seven Tennis Courts, Diving School, Water Sports, 3 swimming Pools of which one has water slide, 3 Swimming Pools for kids and an Indoor Olympic Swimming Pool. You will have an active holiday by giving a magic touch through the different games and contests all day long and different shows at the amphitheatre and live music at the poolside and disco during the evenings.

Reviewed By RebeccaKay77Myself and my husband arrived here at 2am, we were greeted by a young guy who wasn’t friendly and was quite offish, the hotel was in complete darkness and first impressions weren’t great but we were tired so just wanted to go to our room. The guy insisted on taking us to our room rather than just let us go ourselves which was ok but not necessary. When we got to our room is seemed quite pleasant and the guy spent a few minutes showing us everything the room had (standard room nothing special) then as we said Thankyou and goodbye he just stood there and wouldn’t leave, it became very uncomfortable and we realised he was wanting a tip, we had no cash on us and apologised but he seemed very disgruntled and walked off when we tried to explain we had no cash on us. The following morning my husband went to explore while I had a lay in and after a while he came back looking furious, he’d taken pictures of areas of the hotel which were just filthy. I later went to look thinking it can’t all be that bad, after all it’s apparently a 5* hotel (trust me this would be hard pushed to be a 3*) It was absolutely full to the brim with Russian tourists, no social distancing or COVID measures in place and the hotel was just pure filthy and not just a bit dirty I mean pure filth and every surface & floor was sticky and grimy. We raised our concerns with the staff, management and Love Holidays who we booked with (Never again) the staff and management were not interested at all and just refused point blank to engage in any sort of conversation to rectify the situation. Love holidays contacted their supplier but they refused to move us to another 5* because the complaints we had could be sorted out by the management even though the management were making it clear they weren’t going to even try to rectify any of our issues. After 2 horrendous nights in this dump we were given a refund and had to find ourselves alternative accommodation for the remainder of our 2 week holiday. Please don’t ease your money or time coming here.

Walking distance from the beach and excursions all drinks included,not many people from the UK in the hotel but we were made feel welcome from the start thank you. The sauna and Turkish bath I would highly recommend in the hotel. We had a lovely time and will return.

Areas for development: the evening shows, which are really boring (especially Retro and Mamma Mia). Nobody likes them, PLEASE make them at least shorter. For consideration: the average age of guests in the middle of May is above 50
