Reviewed By dsaidlerMy grandson and I stayed for one night as he was playing baseball. I had asked for a room close to the lobby and was given one very close. The check in was extremely fast and friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety including waffles. I would definitely reccommend The Ramada in Camrose.

Friendly and helpful staff
Reviewed By Archway112Terry was on the desk when we arrived and was so helpful in answering any questions. The food in Hagars Restaurant was good and reasonably priced. They have a morning and lunch buffet which we did not use as we were looking for supper fare. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite large. Appreciated how clean it was. TV was regular fare, nothing special. The heater/air conditioner was mounted in the window so it was darker in the room than we would have liked. We would book again if the opportunity rises. Priced very reasonable.

One little issue!

We arrived on a hot day and got up early , showered, enjoyed the offered breakfast, and went to a wedding out of town. We arrived back quite late only to find that our room had not been made up and we had no fresh towels. This was annoying since we did put a sign on the door with directions to please make up the room. We mentioned this to the desk the following morning. She said that they were busy. They won’t be busy long with that attitude. Can’t recommend this place.

Reviewed By C7936EQalanmI booked this room based on price and availability on a busy weekend in camrose . Pleasantly surprised to find that my room, and apparently all of the rest, are newly renovated. Washroom completely redone with new shower , tiles, sink and toilet. HVAC unit new and digital.

I don’t want to guess what was on the bathroom door. I wasn’t expecting it to be amazing based on the price, but I did expect it to be clean. Other than that, it was small but fine. The lady working was pleasant. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. I would not go back.

Reviewed By brishel2Stayed at Camrose Motel for 3 nights while attending a local music festival, room was ok Not given coffee or clean cups in our room, had to ask. Returned to our room Sunday night to find some of our personal property was missing, called to front desk immediately the attendant was apologetic and stated he would ask the cleaning staff on Monday. We checked out Monday morning and I was told they would call me later that day, I did not receive a call. I called today Wednesday and was basically told I was mistaken about the missing articles and when I said to the man on the phone I felt this was theft he hung up on me. Very poor customer service. I would say if you are staying there lock up any personal items because this was only 2 personalized glasses(with specialized slogan on them) we took to use in the room a monetary value of only $30.00 and the cleaners took them during Sunday’s room cleaning.
