Cali Hostels hotel | Places to Stay in Cali

The site of the 2013 World Games, Cali is the sporting epicenter of Colombia. Pristine golf courses and countless opportunities for adventure sports in local parks, mountains and deserts are a big draw. Cultural attractions in Cali reflect the area’s rich indigenous history and European influence. Visit an archaeological park to experience tombs, ruins and cave paintings, or celebrate with the locals at a cultural festival. Show off your salsa in a lively nightclub, then spend the next morning recovering with an aromatic cup of that famous Colombian coffee.

Great place, crowded, receptionsists sometimes overwhelmed...

This is a great place for Backpackers. Plenty of young travellers, salsa classes, hammocks, Relaxing pool area, decent breakfast for an overall good price. I was not so happy with some of the reception staff however, maybe they did not like me. Natalia was great, but Carlos and Hector seemed to have bad days. They could not change 50.000 Peso bill for the taxi driver, insisted on upfront payment like there is no tomorrow, gave me wrong restaurant advises and inaccurate information. And they ripp off tourists with Airport Taxis for 60.000 while it is possible to go for 23.000 Pesos - for Backpackers that is a big difference! The room was not so great, but accomodation prices are decent and most of the staff very friendly...

My stay in Havana was fantastic! Honestly one of the best hostels I've been to in South America. Awesome atmosphere, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and multiple common areas to relax and enjoy views of the city. I also took salsa and bachata lessons here! It was great having everything in one place. Luis was a great instructor, he is very patient and explains everything so well. I miss Havana!

Very good quality-price

The place is very nice. The pool, the bar, the terrace... They sell cheap beer. The breakfast is ok, it has also fresh fruit. The rooms are fine but too warm inside. There is a fan 4m above the room, what doesn’t do too much difference. The hot water was not working at the shower. There are no glass on the windows so you hear everything from outside. During the weekends they organize parties so if you plan to rest... good luck!

Economic hotel, with exclusive and strategic location in Cali Colombia. Services of high quality and warmth, quiet and calm sector. Ideal for: Tourists and employees of companies, who want to spend it well, comfortably and to save costs.

Very well priced. Free coffee tasting.

Very well priced hotel in a safe area close to San Antonio, Granada and parque peñon, which are all safe and well vigilated at night. For the money I paid I think it's excellent, especially because the owner is so passionate about coffee, and does tasting sessions using an old traditional machine, for free. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.

I stayed in Tostaky for 2 weeks and I do highly recommend it to anyone who comes to Cali. Vincent, the owner and his team are very helpful and get out of their way to make u feel like at home. The rooms are clean and the location of Tostaky is in the center of San Antonio. They have a very good restaurant and i can recommend everything i tried from their menu :) And most importantly, if u r a solo traveler, Tostaky attracts a nice mix of guests. I met some great people there. Unfortunately i had to leave earlier than planed but i will definitely come back to Cali - and Tostaky! Thanks for the great time and i am looking forward to see u again!

We can't really find anything we didn't like about this hostel, so I'll try to be picky: one of the sockets was behind a wardrobe. That's it. That's all the bad we could find with the place. Location in Milaflores neighbourhood, just two blocks away from famous San Antonio neighbourhood. Those few extra minutes of walk reflex in the price, making it a little cheaper than the hostels in San Antonio. In general it's not safe to walk around after 23:00 and solo travellers may want to be a little more cautious. The place is very modern and sparkling clean. Our private double room had a good size double bed, fan, wardrobe and middle size TV (we were here 3 days, so not long enough to need to entertain ourselves with TV). Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the hostal and is of good speed. Breakfast was included in the price (08:00-10:00); scrambled eggs with toast, jam, marmalade, coffee and fruit drink. We didn't use the kitchen, but I believe it's available for cooking (not that you will want to miss on amazing cuisine available in restaurants and even street food vendors!). There's pool table, terrace overlooking the street and plenty of seating spaces inside. The guests who were in at the time were all pretty quiet and we were here during December festive period. I guess it depends on guests. The staff were truly exceptional, from reception through breakfast to housekeeping! We were even allowed to do our laundry (I mean, they took care of everything).
