This place is very clean, affordable, comfortable, locally placed, & staff is checks in whenever they see you. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Centro Motel, & for the price, what a little gem. And the gentleman at the front desk is so friendly. We will definitely be back!

Reviewed By sherbearyoungNot very clean and I’m pretty sure there was mold growing. There was garbage in the bathroom. For the price this was seriously discussing!!!! The breakfast was actually pretty good though. But there needs to be more cleaning done!!

Reviewed By OnepeopleOnebloodI stayed there for 5 days and I'll never stay there again. Making the reservation was great. Jessica was very friendly and thorough. The inital check-in was a different story. I asked if I could check in a couple of hours early and the girl on the desk (Amrit) was rude and wanted to charge me over $40.00 more. All of the staff except her (she needs an attitude adjustment and a lesson on customer service) were very friendly and helpful. I was quoted $555.37 and was charged $566.27.--About the building--The elevators creek and jerk and bang. Very unnerving. The in room phones don't work which is a big safety issue. The ice machine doesn't work. There was a very bad sewer smell coming from the bathroom sink drain when you run water down it. The bath tub tap spins all the way around so it's very hard to find the hot water setting. The bathroom itself is in need of a very thorough cleaning. (the tub is grey ). There was plastic wrap wraped around the fire sprinkler above the bed. The AC worked but it sounded like a train when it started. Both lights above the bed are ready to fall off the wall. There is no daily room cleaning and towel exchange service unless requested ahead of time. All in all, I definately WOULD NOT recomend this place to anyone.

Reviewed By ejys2022Don't even waste your time to consider this place. You will be covered with nasty smells and expect to sleep on someone's blood and nails. Free breakfast is something you might be offered in jail. Nothing is edible including coffee. I would also give 0 for their poor customer service . Why waste your money ? Please go find somewhere else. The worst place I have ever stayed in my whole life.

Not the worst, not the best

I had to find a cheap hotel for one night due to a fatal highway collision en route here from Vancouver where I was delayed 5 hours, therefore missing my bus connection to Jasper where I’ll be working. I could afford a nicer hotel but I’ve had to spend an extra $1000 on this move back to Alberta from Vancouver. I’m not sure what rooms other people were in but this place is decently clean. There are little complaints but nothing major. The tissue box was empty. I will survive though. My only complaint is that I’m a single female travelling without my bf and there were sketchy people in and about the place. But I don’t smoke so won’t be hanging around outside anyway. The room did smell deodorized and a bit stale like someone had smoked here before. I’m still here until I catch my bus in the morning but the lady at desk was nice and checked me in early (thank you) due to my bus canceling. I’m a little confused about the $100 incidental deposit on a $71 room but I’ll assume they chalk that up to all the sketchy people here and I’ll get mine back soon.

Worst hotel
Reviewed By sguzma899779I would not recommend this hotel. Don’t get fooled of the name Ramada. I expected it will be a good stay because it is one of the many hotels of Wyndham. I admit it is my fault i should’ve checked the customer reviews, they are accurate!
