We had dinner here on our ladies weekend away. The restaurant is very nice, beautiful decorated. Our food was great..lots of good flavours. I would have given 5 star but the service was literally non existent. The server took drinks then never came back to take food order until we got her attention. Had to try and get water when she came into area. No offer of more drinks or checking in on food. In saying that the server was lovely when she did decide to give us our bill. Dear DaphneD639;I'm so pleased you joined us on your weekend away with the ladies. I'm terribly sorry we let you down on the service . I can assure you this is NOT a reflection of the high standard of service we have become known for. I recall assisting the new server and checking in on your table a few times I was unaware yku felt negleted I wish you would have let me know. By All means feel free to call me so we can discuss further as I'd like to offer you a gift certificate as a gesture of my goodwill and also get more details so that I can follow up a with the server. Have been coming for 20 years and have yet to be disappointed. Always a lovely evening with great food and good service. We always spend our special birthday dinners at La Casa Ouzeria. You can't go wrong choosing this restaurant. Linda,Thank you for your continuing support for the past 20 years. As a family run restaurant in Penticton, BC we have always strived to be consistent with everything we do. From the food Mama Jackie creates, to the cocktails from our bar, to the desserts and service each guest receives. 10 Stars - not 5 ! Cute, cosy, clean, little place...best kept secret is right. Best Seafood Fettuccini Ever. My server , Chelann was amazing ! This is the place to dine in Penticton. Easy to find, street parking, good signage. Try it !!
